Had to wait about two weeks to get in to see her and after the job she did on my lashes, I can absolutely see why!! Amazing! I could not be happier with the results! As an added bonus, this saves me so much time in the mornings as well. I really don't have a need for any eye make-up now as my new lashes speak for themselves! I checked in and I walked out. The guy at the front desk is very rude and unprofessional. When I called, the woman I spoke to, told me there would be $10 taken off my first visit, when I got there the man sitting at the front desk told me that was only if you are referred. Very rude not in anyway apologetic for the misinformation I was given. I checked in and sat down to wait. Then he started telling one of the employees that one of them had been getting complaints about lashes being clumped together, and that he was going to have to start figuring out why they were rushing through their customers. Again all this out in the open for all the customers to hear. Not exactly what you want to hear when waiting for your first appointment. GREAT RESULTS! I have been wanting to try lashes out for a long time. I would look at the deal on Groupon and Living Social but was always afraid to try even at a great price. I am very disappointed in Amazing Lash....I called at the end of December about cancelling my membership and I was told I would have to "fill out a form" in person. I live in Rockwall and only joined here because it was close to my office. The next time I could get there was on Monday January 4th to fill out the form in person. Which I don't understand, we live in a time where email exists but whatever. I specifically asked if the payment that had just been drafted was my last payment and they said yes. To my surprise they drafted another payment on February 1st. I was told that they couldn't refund my money but they would give me a gift card. Okay, what am I supposed to do with a gift card if I'm not getting my lashes done any longer? I have little nubs because the extensions broke my real lashes off. read more

They advertise $49.99 monthly membership BUT charge my credit card $59.99. Promised me only 3 months membership but charged 4 months. I have been trying to get my money back for the past week. The manager tells me that will refund the unused portion within an hour BUT 7 days later no refund because they want to be sure that is what I want !?! How many times should I say "Yes" so they will issue the refund ??? And the refund is not the $59.99 x 2, it's $49.99 x 2 just like they advertise. What happens to the $10 difference each month? The manager can't answer. I wanted to talk to the owner BUT nobody knows when the owner will be available. The only option is for the manager to give the corporate office my phone number so that somebody sometime maybe will call me back. So far no phone call from the corporate. I will be happy to talk to the corporate. BUT this is the franchise! Privately owned so why not the owner contact me first? read more

Your location in Las Colinas has the most horrible customer service. I had a NEW lash completed and the person had me looking cock eyed. I will never use your services again and have cancelled my membership, I had to book a correction because she spent over an hour on one eye and rushed the other one. Neither was dramatic liked I asked and like I had before at the same place. The manager did not allow me to reschedule a missed correction appt due to person issue that happened for me. I should never had to book a correction in the first place on something I had paid for and should have been done the first time. I will suggest to anyone need lashes to pay the higher fee at other places to be sure you are not looking like Popeye because it is cheaper here but with less quality. Quality is best over anything and this lash studio is not quality at ALL. I will NEVER have a good word to say about Amazing Lash Studio. It should be called Moderate Lash Studio, because nothing is amazing about looking like you are winking with both eyes open read more

So I went to this location and it is literally the worst business I've ever been to. They not only continuously do a horrible job at gluing my eyelashes on, but they fall off immediately the next day, 50% of them are gone! This has happened to me repeatedly with different stylists. I almost wonder if they were told to do so, to try to get you to come in sooner. They are the worst. These so called "stylists" show up late, cancel on your appointment, or schedule you for a refill instead of a full and then, "don't have time for you." as they literally say. They don't give a s**t about your time, or your schedule, or what events you may have for the day. They almost never have any extra time just in case something happens. They pretty much give you the middle finger and send you on your way. I am so glad my contract is ending soon. They are way over priced for how crappy they are, and then to have the balls to ask for a tip. Don't waste your money here. Find a real stylist that actually cares about customer service and wants to do a good job. read more

Apologize for the lengthiness but wanted to share my experience. I went in to get my lashes done 3 days ago. I opted for the 6D Volume and was very excited as I had read the fabulous reviews and it is right across the street from my job. I immediately signed up for the membership as it would get me best pricing. Right after getting back to work I started noticing my red, itchy eyes. I figured I was overthinking it because I have previously had lashes before (with another company) and never experienced any problem before. I let the day go by but the day after I woke up with one eye completely shut, had a hard time opening it. I called to schedule and see what was wrong. Upon arriving to the appointment the new lash tech immediately saw the placement was incorrect (too close to the skin) causing my lashes to itch and poke. She suggested removal so I agreed as it had not been a good experience. The manager refunded me the service itself and offered a new set with a master stylist if I kept my membership. I told her I wanted to cancel the membership due to the experience and would consider the new set depending on how my eyes healed. She said she could only offer the new service if I kept my membership. I declined. I would not recommend this place to any of my friends and family- please save your time, money, and overall eye health for a more professional company. read more

Great experience with the stylist Fatima. Was very please with my lashes on the day I got them Monday, 7/16/18, until the next day starting around 12 noon. They started to fall out during a meeting a work, I would blink and lashes would be on my face, hanging from another lash. This morning, Wednesday, July 18, 2018, I woke up with some on my pillow, and when I bushed my teeth, they were falling in the sink. To make a long story short, I have about 3 lash extensions on my left eye and about 8 or 10 on my right eye. I called the Studio this morning when they opened, explained what happened. The receptionist was very friendly took down my information, said she would have the Manager call me back once she got in. I am okay with that, and pray that she does. Even with the experience I've had, I hope they can help me. The previous lash establishment I went to used Hair Bonding Glue to glue my extension which irritated my eyes and burned. Amazing Lash Bar, is a clean, friendly establishment and I would love to continue to go. I'm not asking for my money back, I just want them to correct what I paid for. I was referred from a client whose lashes looked great and the initial price was good, so I decided to try a set for the first time. I had been reluctant to get extensions in the past for concern over the toxicity of the glue, but chose to at least see how they felt. The girl I was referred to apparently is the most requested technician there, yet when I asked if there was any formaldehyde in the glue on my fill appointment, she said she didn't know what the ingredients were (and didn't seem motivated to find out...). The main reason I was asking was bc my eyes burned everytime I showered or washed my face, from water alone. After that, I decided I wasn't comfortable with the glue although the application was good. I replied to the appt confirmation text that was sent for my next scheduled fill that I needed to cancel and my membership also. I received a call back where I explained the situation and was told I needed to come in to cancel. This was not convenient for me and subsequently I forgot to do so. That was 6 months ago. I got a phone call today (the only one) stating that I had several credits to be used. I called back immediately and said I would be in the store in 45min to settle this issue. When I arrived and explained my dilemma, I was told the policy is for cancellation to be in writing and they could only refund me 1/2 and put the other on an in-store gift card. I informed the owner that I would not have any use for the gift card, clearly, since I haven't been there in over 6 months, and didn't believe it was ethical business practice to keep my money for services I didn't use. She only cited their cancellation policy again- which is to have it in writing. Which, technically, they should have since I replied to their text as such- I understand I neglected to come into the store again but I also know exceptions can be made, especially since I had referred other clients of mine and co-workers for the quality of lash application. I will make sure to let them know my unfortunate experience. Too bad. read more

I do not recommend this studio. At one point in life, I was a regular lash customer at another studio but stopped getting them a year and a half ago. When I decided to get lashes again, I thought I would try Amazing Lash Studio, since there is a location much closer to me than my old place. That was a mistake. 1) Five minutes before my scheduled appointment, when I was literally turning onto MacArthur, someone from the studio called and asked me if I wanted to reschedule. No thanks, since this is the 11th hour and I am literally 1 minute away. I get there and I see why they wanted to reschedule, it was crazy busy. 2) After waiting a few minutes to check-in, an employee hands me first time guest paperwork. Imagine my shock when I see a disclaimer form saying I will not sue Amazing Lash if I am in someway harmed by the services. One of the forms also asked for an emergency contact. I wasn't sure if I was about to go ziplining or receive a beauty service. To me, this was the most egregious portion of the visit and the main reason why I will not return. And 3) The application took close to two hours! Historically, I am at my old salon about one hour when I receive a new set. I regret trying this place. This may work for you if you are ok singing release forms and waivers for basic services and if you have an extra hour to kill. read more
