1st time here as I moved to Fort Worth from Houston. Got classic full set that I purchased from Groupon. Staff was nice, lashes turned out ok usually takes me 2-3 tries to get look I'm going for but I liked enough that I will return as I did buy a membership $105 month includes 2 fills monthly that roll over if not used. Def worth giving this place a try. Not sure if they take walks-ins if they do I would still come by appt only for better timing of your day, everyone I heard come in had appt so one would think walk-ins would be fit in where they can. read more

I LOVE my lashes! If I was local to that area I would be a reoccurring customer. The studio was very clean and well thought out. My lash specialist talked with me about how I wanted my lashes to look and what would look best with my eye shape. It took about 2 hours but I felt completely relaxed the whole time and they turned out great. Highly recommend! read more

I had my lashes originally done at another location and highly rated that Harker heights location . I went here to do the refills and just was so disappointed. The lashes fell out almost immediately when I left and I tried to go back but they were closed . 20 mins after I left a few fell out . I was out of town for work and came back and contacted the office on day 6 and stated within 5 days ALL the refills had fallen out . The "management " was rude and basically " oh well it's been more than 5 days . No where was I told this policy , corporate could not supply a copy or tell me where the policy is available and it is not on the website. Shady . If you can go somewhere else please go ! Please avoid ! Techs and management just sub par to say the least. read more

Do not book here! They have cancelled multiple appointments at the last minute and you cannot get in once it is cancelled. They have horrible customer service. They make it impossible to cancel a subscription once you get it and they flat out lied about their policy. read more

So far so good. Same with last review. I had a full set and paid for the twice-a-month membership. They weren't forceful they simply asked and I decided to join. They did recommend products and I declined, not a big deal. My lashes did fall off within a week. I decided to go back shortly after a week to get them filled and use my one of two fills and another lady took care me. She actually removed my whole set and recommended I went with smaller thinner lashes since my lashes are very thin and they've stayed on for 2 weeks. They're not dramatic which was not the look I was going for and they were perfect for me. She didn't charge me for a fill and marked it as a fix and that was not expected so, so far I am satisfied. read more

Really cute lash place. The decor is so modern and clean. Each stylist has their own section and I liked how the thing I was laying on was curved like a lounger (not flat) so it was really comfortable. I purchased a membership but doesn't do me any good. I normally have to get refilled every three weeks but after one, there's no more lash. I hate to go but i gotta leave. Do not become a member until you KNOW what you're getting yourself into. My lashes looked really great at first, but I experienced a lot of fallout within the first week. I thought it was normal which is why I didn't call. I tried to do everything they recommended to maintain them. When I went for my fill appointment, I had to book an additional hour and a half on top of the hour I already spent having them fixed. My tech was very nice, but I had the exact same problem this time. I decided by four days in that this was not going to work for me. I called to cancel my membership but because I was within the 30 day mark, I would still be charged for the upcoming month. I understand that because it was explained upon signup. When I asked if I could apply my credit toward the purchase of a product instead (like the lash serum), I was told no-- that the credit could only be applied to services. The call center checked with my location, the Watauga location on N Tarrant, specifically since this is a decision they make. Still no. This makes very little sense to me. I'm cancelling because I'm not satisfied with the service but I can only apply my credit toward services? This is honestly not right! If I'm being charged 60 dollars a month, it does not make sense that I can't apply those 60 dollars elsewhere. I'm truly disappointed in their customer service and I do not recommend membership. I would appreciate someone reaching out to me to make this right. read more

The Keller location used to be great, but the good technicians always leave. I tried the Flower Mound location twice now and it has been terrible! I paid over $110 for lashes and they used so much glue that my eyelashes were heavy and fell out. At my next hour service refill, the technician spent the first 30 minutes trying to remove all the glue from before and I walked away with half the lashes that should have been applied because she didn't have time to apply a full set! The membership service is terrible as they hope you build up credits and then make you cancel your membership if you need to get caught up - which means you pay full price instead of membership price. I would not recommend this company. read more

Sadly my lashes started falling off 3 days later. I have small eyelashes, had some from another place. She removed them & and started fresh. They weren't very full but they were doable but 3 days later over half of them fell off. Not sure why but I didn't bother coming back to have them fix them as I'm afraid it would happen again. Some of these women working there have only been doing this a short time. They push their products and seriously their membership is very expensive other places offer better prices and quality service read more
