The gentleman who did my dip manicure cut my fingers in multiple places. The dip was extremely thick and wonky.. shape was weird. I have been a client for at least 10 years for pedicures and waxing. Pedicures have always been…read moreamazing, but there has been a huge decline in the amount/length of the massage that comes with the service. I find it really depends on how busy they are at the time, how long the massage will last. They also used to include a shoulder rub for tip, but now they charge $1/minute plus tip. The last year I started doing dip powder and I LOVE MY NAILS! You can see from my photos the inspiration and the delivery. Kim, the owner works incredibly hard seven days a week. It is hit or miss with the nail techs. I'm happy 90% of the time. However, I find someone I like and they're not there next time. If I request something specific like an ombré, I check with Kim first that the tech can do the special designs, which does cost more. Dip also does not include massage so I like to add 10 minutes for $10. What I dislike the most is how all the employees speak Vietnamese to each other while they're performing your services. Only a small percentage is able to communicate with me directly and I have to ask Kim to interpret. What I like the most is EVERYONE IS SO FRIENDLY AND NICE! WALK INS ARE WELCOME. I know when the slow times are and that's when I go. They offer 100s of color options. I can bring my own color too. They play the best music (nothing offensive). They offer complimentary drinks (alcohol too). You can tip on your credit card. AND if you're not happy you can come back within 48 hours and they will fix it. There is a nail salon on every corner and I don't understand these low reviews. If you're not happy, speak up instead of hiding behind an anonymous review.

I've gotten multiple services here; gel mani/pedi, dip powder mani, and regular polish mani/pedi (OPI brand is what I always choose). For the gel pedi, I never have an issue, but for gel manis it's always sloppy. For dip powder it really just depends on what tech you get. For regular nail polish, it's also sloppy as well. If you are in a rush and need your nails done quick, then I recommend them! But if you are looking for a regular nail place, I would look elsewhere.

The base was done nicely, but once the French tip was started, it looked uneven and lopsided, with one side noticeably thicker than the other. After two nails on each hand were completed, I politely spoke up and apologized for not saying something sooner. Unfortunately, the nail technician responded in a very hostile manner, telling me, "You should've told me sooner," in a mean and dismissive tone. I understood her point and apologized again, simply asking if the French tips could be made a bit thinner. From that point on, her attitude became increasingly hostile. It was also very obvious that she was talking about me to the nail technician next to her, as they both looked over at me and my nails while speaking. This made me extremely uncomfortable, and I no longer felt at ease addressing any further concerns. She continued working on my nails, but her frustration was clearly reflected in the final result. My nails are uneven and not worth the amount I paid. A young woman I believe to be a supervisor came over and spoke to the technician, and it appeared she had already been informed of the situation, as she also looked closely at me and my nails. Due to how I was treated and the uncomfortable environment, I did not feel safe or comfortable speaking up to anyone at the salon. I am very upset not only with how my nails turned out, but also with how I was treated as a customer.
