She had a dirty towel with false lashes all over it. Picked a few off and told me to lay my head down on it. Disgusting. Also, it was hot in her room so she had me laying there holding a battery operated lil fan to my face the whole time. Really? 4. That same night a few lashes fell off. I texted her asking if this is normal? She replied, "no. Dang it!". So I waited to see if she will reply back with a resolution. Nothing. Finally I texted and asked if she can squeeze me in. She finally replied and said she'll check her calendar and let me know. Nope, nothing. After a week of waiting and lashes falling off daily, I asked for a refill and still she's giving me the round around. Let's just say that was the last straw from me. I contacted Groupon and they refunded my full amount. Bottom line: do not go to her.

Don't just go to anyone & do your research. Lashes are an investment, you want someone who can increase enhance your natural lashes, not break them! Her lash work lasts for several week as long as you do your part to keep them clean. They look voluminous without getting clumpy or spidery looking, my pet peeves.
