I wouldn't even bother trying to book an appointment online if you're a first time guest - just call! Per other Yelpers, I booked with John because I enjoy deep tissue and apparently he is great (spoiler alert: HE IS THE BEST!!). Heads up though that he is booked weeks in advance, and yes, he is worth the wait! Upon arrival you are greeted with a warm neck pillow while you fill out a simple new guest form. Standard questions like "where is your pain generally located" etc. As an avid massage receiver, I've never been asked "what music do you prefer during your massage" or "what scent would you like?" The customization they offer is top notch and I appreciated the options. Once your form has been completed, you're taken back to the immaculate locker room and provided with a robe and sandals. This robe...WOW. It was probably the most lush piece of clothing I've ever placed upon my body. I wish they sold them at the spa because I would've purchased immediately with zero buyers remorse. You are shown a locker to place your belongings in with a lock, so you don't have to worry about leaving your purse/jewelry while you enjoy your chosen service(s). There is also a restroom and shower. Once changed, you migrate to the waiting area where water and tea is provided if you'd like. Okay, now to the best part, the massage... FIVE STARS. John was extremely professional, listened to my areas of concern and the 60 minutes felt like two hours. He was very meticulous and the pressure was exactly what I wanted, firm and deep. If you like firm, book with John. I can't rave enough about him!! Overall experience exceeded my expectations and upon check out I booked another massage with John and a facial. We arrived about 15 min prior, checked in, and found the locker room. The locker room is spacious with plenty of locker space, restrooms, and changing area. They have a bar area where you can order drinks and food with seating around. There were also water stations throughout. It was a hot day so definitely welcomed. You are also able to order drinks at most of the spring soaks using a QR code which we did. We got our towels and went to our first area - water temps ranged from 49 (Cold plunge) to about 104, I believe. I did the cold plunge for about one minute, lol. Definitely keep your hands out and breathe. We relaxed in others and chatted with a few friendly folks in each. Several had canopies above when to help block sun. I also did the immersive sauna experience which was my first sauna experience ever. I made it the 10 minutes - start hydrated, close your eyes, and relax. Overall, we enjoyed our time there and looking forward to the next visit.

An excellent way to spend a day relaxing by yourself or with a friend. The renovations are nice…read morealthough there are still some jets in the pools that don't work or the opposite, they blast out water to the point it almost drowns you! The indoor spaces are all really nice. I loved spending time going through all the sauna rooms & then taking a nap in the relaxation area upstairs when I got tired. The sushi place on the second floor was surprisingly good. FYI ramyun is the cheapest thing on the menu at the Korean place on the top floor & while it was good, it was clearly just instant ramyun that they charged $12 for. Next time I think I will just spring for something a little pricier. Couple of tips: It's both cheaper to go on weekdays & much less crowded. I would bring a change of clothes to wear under your robe. That way if you decide to go to the pool first, you can change out of your swimsuit to do saunas later. (Although plenty of folks just wear their swimsuit to the sauna!) Some folks say to bring a towel, but know they do provide full size towels & you can get fresh ones as needed in the locker room. If you plan to be there all day, I also recommend bringing a charger!

The indoor saunas were the same mostly from what I could tell. But there were some touch ups. Doesn't look like the outdoor pools received much of an upgrade. The food at the pool bar too way too long. I ordered a chicken sandwich so not sure what the reason for the delay was. The drinks were pretty good. As well as the Korean food on the 3rd floor. The double in price from the pre renovation isn't worth it to me. It's definitely more of an atmosphere to socialize than to truly relax like you would expect at a spa.
