So when I came across Kristina and her Holistic Studio, I wanted to give it a try. After reading all the amazing reviews and seeing such transformational pictures, I scheduled a Rejuvenation Facial ($220) that uses RevitaPen by Osmosis. This treatment promises immediate and long term results.... Kristina seems to be well-knowledgable esthetician. However, I have seen her and her other esthetician Michelle Gray and HAVE NOT SEEN any results promised, immediate or other. I do not wish to waste any more money here. The only explanation I reason is the pictures shown by Kristina are retouched or she is not using Osmosis products correctly. P.S. Michelle Gray is not a good esthetician for many reasons....

Gabriel has great energy and everyone else I've come into contact there has been so nice. All are very professional but make you feel like family at the same time! I had a surgical procedure recently for an injury and went to Med Spa Studios for hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT). Hyperbaric oxygen therapy involves breathing 100% oxygen in a specialized chamber where the air pressure is increased to 2-3 times that of normal atmospheric pressure. This process enhances the delivery of oxygen to tissues, promoting healing and recovery. The type of chamber and the pressure it can reach makes all of the difference in the effectiveness of the treatment. You will find other places that use soft shell chambers that can only reach 1.3 -1.5 atmospheres absolute (ATA). That's ok for mild treatments or basic recovery. However, if you really want clinical grade therapies, you need 2.0 ATA or more. There's no skimping on the oxygen chambers here. The hard shell chambers at Med Spa Studios can reach 2.5+ ATA for serious healing. Carla's creativity really shines in the studio. The overall atmosphere, the color palettes, the hyperbaric room with trees and a cool projector skylight on the ceiling. The equipment is top notch and you really can't go wrong with any of the services provided. No pressure to buy more or to be up-sold for additional services/products. Highly recommend for any of their services!

Nancy validated all of my concerns and actively listened when I told her about my struggles with acne. She doesn't just give you a skincare plan (anyone can do that). She gives you diet and lifestyle changes to consider and also gives you lists of ingredients to avoid in your hair, skin, and home products and in your food! I thought I was very conscious about my products and my diet, and then she politely steered me in a better direction. If you're looking for alternatives to anything, she can help you find them AND they will all be acne safe! In addition, if you have sensitive skin, she's your best bet. My skin is VERY sensitive and I have reactions to nearly everything! She tested different products on me and found a routine that was safe for my sensitive skin and even helped me toughen my skin up so it's not as reactive as it once was. Trust the process! Take lots of pictures! Your skin will slowly but surely start to improve. It has been a night and day difference for me and I've only been seeing her for 7 weeks! Investing in your skin will be the best investment you ever make. I started this journey to get clear for my wedding in the spring, but I'm quickly realizing that this is a lifestyle I really enjoy!
