I never received my digital skin analysis even after inquiring about it. It bothered me because it seemed to be a waste of my time to visit the spa without the analysis, so I inquired again via text. NO RESPONSE. But, rest assured, they still keep sending me ads for other treatments! And yes, they have replied to that number in the past. JUST POOR, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We've now had two injection sessions under the eye, which is such a delicate area. He took so much time to check the angles that were right for my face and left me perfectly refined. In my two week follow up he noticed after swelling went down we needed to do a small touch up, and we did it and even that was wonderful. I'd consider myself hard to please, a lot of companies do not care about experience anymore, and I do not ever leave reviews. But they've been so wonderful, I'm beyond thankful for them. I was able to book a Saturday appointment for an express hydrafacial pretty quickly and I was on my way. The suite is tucked away in a neighborhood and it's nice and sterile looking inside. The aesthetician Kayla is amazing! Going in I was slightly concerned with how my skin would respond to the facial since I'm currently using topical creams, but Kayla assured me I would be good. Kayla was extremely knowledgeable about the process, as well as the products used during the facial and their benefits, and she talked me through the whole facial which I truly appreciated. I'm certainly willing to pay for all of my services. Once again the Botox was not up to standards. I know if I go to Dr. Shipes she will want to inject me again and I know longer feel comfortable getting any injections from the spa. I so ask Dr.Shipes to use my points which was 595 against my payment. That was never used. Friends please be careful with this spa. And let me say again I'm very sad to have to leave a unkind comment on any service. But I just can't keep letting this go.
