I waited until around 5 days post facial to write this review…read more --First, I got very lucky with my timing b/c I asked for a facial literally right after she had a cancellation so I got in next day. But otherwise, expect to book 4-6 weeks out. --Follow her easy to understand email instructions to confirm your appointment by text, and also show up 10 mins early to appointment. That's not too much to ask. --I am 40 and have never had a facial before so I don't have anything to compare this to. --I was surprised by how fun this experience was. Really pleasant and entertaining conversation. I felt like I made a real friend. --Viktoria asks some prelim questions about products you use and medicines you take. You change into a towel robe and the facial begins. I arrived at 3:50 and walked out at 5:30. --The extractions weren't that bad but the whole time I kept thinking how blotchy and red my face was going to look. But guess what? It was not blotchy or red at all! No redness whatsoever. She must be magic. --She did steam, extractions, a mask, infrared light, some other electric thing, moisturizer, massaged my head and shoulders, it was all really nice. Cost with tip was less than $100. --It doesn't matter if you go in wearing makeup or not. --Don't plan any workouts post facial- nothing where you'll sweat afterwards. --I have had no breakouts, no peeling, no negative after effects from the facial. My skin looks great. Even my husband said I looked younger. --There was no pressure to come back at any given interval, but I will plan to go every 6 weeks or so. I already booked my return appointment. --I can't think of anything negative to say. Viktoria is really wonderful. The only possible downside I can think of is that due to location, you're not getting the nice spa atmosphere, but it would cost twice the amount at a fancy spa and you'd likely not get anyone as well trained and experienced as Viktoria, so I really recommend Viktoria for a high quality facial at reasonable price.

I was able to book a Saturday appointment for an express hydrafacial pretty quickly and I was on my way. The suite is tucked away in a neighborhood and it's nice and sterile looking inside. The aesthetician Kayla is amazing! Going in I was slightly concerned with how my skin would respond to the facial since I'm currently using topical creams, but Kayla assured me I would be good. Kayla was extremely knowledgeable about the process, as well as the products used during the facial and their benefits, and she talked me through the whole facial which I truly appreciated. I have extremely sensitive skin and she was so gentle, she really put me at ease through the process. The facial was relaxing, and I noticed an immediate difference in my skin once done. I feel like I took a step in the right direction in choosing MedSuite, I will absolutely return and recommend booking with Kayla!

I am very selective about my skincare regiment, my skin is very sensitive. I tried her Omakase offering and trusted her to design an experience that would target my problem areas and ultimately leave my skin looking refreshed, glowing, hydrated, and healthy. She was outstanding, a true professional, and I was over the moon with the results. I was so relaxed I even fell asleep during the process. I don't wear foundation and was wondering if I needed to mitigate the redness I had started experiencing as an adult. I had been inquiring about this for some years back home in Cali and couldn't find a solution. She had one, which I am touting as my new miracle cover up from Dr. Schrammek. We also chatted about my future skincare routine and she shared some of her products with me. What I loved most about her personal approach is that she wasn't trying to sell me on it, it evolved out of a conversation about my existing products that I initiated. She explained to me her process and what she looks for in her product development and it's aligned with what I am looking for. I need to run through my current line up and will be purchasing directly from her in the future. I will be back in Texas a few more times next year and plan to stop by for the Omakase. Thank you again Hiromi!

Since we go to her so often, we typically stick with the packages which offer a discounted price for multiple facials. Each time I have gone to her, she always knew what my skin needed and each facial varied a bit, depending on what I needed at the time. She has never rushed my appointments and doesn't charge per minute or hour like most facial places do. Typically, my facial appointments could last from 1.5-2 hrs. She starts off by washing and exfoliating your face with various high end products while a steamer opens up all your pores. Then she proceeds to extract the blackheads and whiteheads. She seals the spots that she extracted with an electromagnetic tool that kills the bacteria in your pores. Then she puts a cooling mask which helps with the inflammation. She also gives you a good massage. Afterwards, she puts layers of various moisturizers and sunscreen on. Sometimes, she will give you samples of products she wants you to use for the next couple days after. She also sells most of these products. My mother typically gets microdermabrasion for her dark sun spots and has never been disappointed. She also gets a more lengthy massage because Jane gives the best massages! Instead of answering my questions, the conversation turned into trying to get me to pay $100 nonrefundable deposit to book a consultation for my questions. As a potential client, I don't think it's unreasonable to want basic information before committing money to a consultation. I repeatedly tried to get answers to my questions so I could determine whether their services were a good fit and within my budget. Unfortunately, I never received the information I was asking for. What made the experience even more frustrating was that once it became clear I wasn't ready to pay the deposit without additional information, communication essentially stopped. Rather than addressing my concerns or answering my questions, I was ghosted. The entire interaction felt more focused on securing a deposit than helping a potential customer make an informed decision. Maybe their services are great, but based on my experience, customer communication and transparency during the inquiry process were disappointing.
