I remember seeing Floyd Mayweather do it when it first came out. I came in and was accommodated right away they offer tea, coffee or water, the young gentleman helping me was extremely nice, he gave me a tour of the entire establishment the decor and ambience is great and relaxing. I love that they have headphones and you can play any song you want in the ice chamber, They offer gloves headbands beanies socks and house slippers as well as robes. The ice chamber was freezing cold and I won't lie I was very scared at first but you get used to it, it last for about three minutes. I felt amazing after I got out and my body wasn't aching anymore. The compression massage was really nice I was only expecting it on my feet not my entire leg I highly recommend this for anyone who does sports or after a hard workout. Everything was really clean and everyone was really professional. 10/10 recommend to everyone! I can't wait to go back!
