Another staff member Chad, who was very personable greeted me initially. I thought he was the owner he was super knowledgeable. He patiently answered all my questions about the available packages, ensuring I was well educated and was able to get a package that fit my needs being I live so far. I did the cryotherapy session on the highest level for 3-minutes and 30-second. While it was intense it's absolutely bearable, the feeling afterward was well worth it. After that I experienced the compression therapy, which I highly recommend for anyone with a desk job or who sits for extended periods it felt sooo good. The spa itself is immaculate and beautifully designed, it was clean which enhanced the overall experience. Given the quality of treatments and the professionalism of the staff, investing in a monthly package is a wise choice for those living nearby. Prosper hands down is the best one for several reasons. Clean, so many sauna rooms so you usually get the one you want to yourself, clean, the staff is kind and welcoming, did I mention it's clean? I was driving 20 min to go to this one and a new one opened in Stonebridge less than 5 min from me but I miss it. Imiss seeing the workers actually cleaning equipment and not having to look at disgusting sweat and dust stained floors in the hiit rooms. This location is the best... any gym you go to you're going to run into a weirdo, any where in public really these days.

I wanted to see if DFW had a place that was adjacent to my out of town services. The facial was just ok, but the body scrub performed by Preeti was underwhelmingly done. There was no consultation about allergies or sensitivities, no hair covering offered, and the exfoliation was incomplete. The service felt rushed and I left feeling unclean rather than refreshed. She kept offering me a massage due to a cancellation that I said no multiple times. I didn't show my displeasure by being rude being I'm urging this new zen thing. I just noted subpar services are an overstated norm in North Texas. Also, it was stated if you have a service the steam sauna is complimentary it is not. I was not asked how my services went at check out and even though I called prior to 24hrs for initial appointment I was charged $30. Because of the experience, I called the spa the I Monday Feb 23 to cancel my membership/appointment and spoke with Ishma. She stated Preeti never received this feedback and I could come back. I declined due to lackof accountability and my time being completely wasted in this experience. The cancellation was agreed upon and she stated it would be done Tuesday since they are closed Monday. I followed up again the next day (Tuesday) because it had not been processed yet being I did not receive a confirmation text. After calling again, I received confirmation by text that my membership/appointment has been canceled. Despite canceling and receiving confirmation, my card was still charged fraudulently on March 6. That charge was not authorized, and I ultimately had to cancel my debit card because of it. At this point, the issue is no longer just about service quality but about billing practices, respect for a customer's time, and cancellation request. For those reasons, I cannot recommend this business and will continue my services where integrity, attention to detail, & quality of service are the norm.

It's mostly a sauna house, as the name states, there's only one cold plunge. The staff is super friendly, but the cold plunge machine itself isn't very comfortable. It's the cool wooden looking one, but you can't stretch your legs. So you have to sit on your knees or cross legged to be fully submerged. I think they kept it at 48 degrees, and honestly doesn't feel so cold because of the small size. I have been here once before and the sauna is nice, it's small but that means it gets really hot! I love the vitamin c infused showerheads they have. It's not bougie by like an equinox, but it's a lovely place where you can get a sweat (lots of avails for sauana, but book in advance for cold plunge).
