I was pleasantly surprised that while on a work trip I could walk here! I desperately needed a cold plunge after a flight, and I was lucky to get the first appointment of the morning - 7 am. It's mostly a sauna house, as the name states, there's only one cold plunge. The staff is super friendly, but the cold plunge machine itself isn't very comfortable. It's the cool wooden looking one, but you can't stretch your legs. So you have to sit on your knees or cross legged to be fully submerged. I think they kept it at 48 degrees, and honestly doesn't feel so cold because of the small size. I have been here once before and the sauna is nice, it's small but that means it gets really hot! I love the vitamin c infused showerheads they have. It's not bougie by like an equinox, but it's a lovely place where you can get a sweat (lots of avails for sauana, but book in advance for cold plunge). read more

First visit and was impressed by the friendly staff and cleanliness of the facility. Infra sauna room with TV and vitamin C shower. Private plunge tub with water temperature between 45 to 50 Fahrenheit and vitamin C shower. They have a recovery room with various massage bed and tools. There is also a red LED light machine for a 10-minute facial. Monthly membership or purchase for multiple packages to be used up in 6 months. Just bring swimsuit and water bottle. BEWARE! We purchased a Black Friday sale, 8 sessions for $99 (have done this before) but when called to book sessions for me and family I was told only the purchaser could use the sessions. I told the clerk that that was not mentioned in the email sent to me and that I had done this a year or so before with no problems. He said I am only following store policy, I said I understood, please refund me the $99, he said no refunds, store policy. I asked to speak to the store manager (Marlo), the clerk said he would have him call me (ha ha), Marlo never called, he did call after I left 3 more messages for him. When I did connect with Marlo he told the same story as the clerk. When I asked for his manager he said for me to email him, he would email his regional manager and they would email corporate. I aske for his regional mangers name and contact number, he said her name was Michico?? I asked him to spell it, he couldn't, I asked him her last name, he didn't know her last name and would not provide any contact info. I asked for corporate phone number, he said it was on the website, it's not. read more

They are NOT a BBB rated company for a REASON. They will continue to bill your credit card every month even AFTER you sign the Cancellation form. They do NOT tell you about the cancellation form but it's in the fine print of the membership agreement you signed when they took your card or so they said. I verbally told them I would not be renewing and they said NOTHING about a cancellation form until I called about the charge the next month. I filled out the cancellation form and they tell me I filled it out too late to get my money back. They have NO explanation of why they are trying to charge me again an additional third month. This is a VERY shady business do not go to them. You can get a Sauna treatment just as good or better at a gym. read more

I have been coming here for over three years and I can tell you I have seen all of the different management and everything that has changed over time. Marlo took over a while back and it has been wonderful ever since! Everything is so clean and well managed. Everybody that works here is so friendly and knowledgeable. It is a relaxing time and everything has been running so much smoother than it used to. In the beginning, I would show up and there would be nobody there, even when they were supposed to be open after I had made plans to plunge or do the sauna on my way to work. That has not happened since. It is now the most well run it has ever been. Thank you so much for a wonderful place to get my mind together every day before I go to work! Customer Service is lacking. When I walked in the door, I'm standing by front desk and the lady doesn't greet me or say anything. I've never been there before. I don't know their process so I look to the side and see a check-in monitor. I start hitting buttons and it gets to birthday. I gotta scroll way back thru the years and say something about it out loud. Then the front desk lady finally acknowledges me and offers to check me in. I asked if it's a shared space because the pics on line had one lady in the sauna and another in cold plunge. She says it's a private room. She doesn't give me a tour, just says to wait there for a minute then walks me back. I ask about Bluetooth connection and she tells me about the wifi password is on sign in the room. It takes me at least 10 minutes to link and connect. She doesn't tell me how to change the colors of the lights in the sauna. The control panel has 9 buttons and none of them changed the colors. I ask what the temperature limits are. I thought she would set it up for me, but she doesn't. Maybe I'm just used to personalized and customized service, but these issues should have been addressed at check-in. Only 2 towels and 2 bath mats are provided. I'm used to the towels being under the bench on the shelf. Also, no place to put towels when you leave so I just left them on the floor. The little crab filter in the Cold Plunge kept floating towards me and touching me, which was annoying. The whole experience felt like a tanning salon or the gym. The room itself was nice, but $189/month for unlimited visits is steep. read more

These people are absolute scammers. Do not get a membership here in fact, don't waste your time even going places not well kept. I canceled my membership over a year ago and I've been charged every single month. I've had to dispute the charge of my credit card every single month I do get my money back, but I have had my credit card replaced over five times due to this credit card company for some reason cannot stop them from charging. I don't understand it. Next, I'll be reporting you guys to the Better Business Bureau. read more

This is an awesome experience! I loved being able to sit in my own sauna and sweat it out! The service was great too! Very friendly staff! A clean facility that provided everything I needed after I was done sweating. I did purchase a 5 pack while I was there, I loved the idea, but I live a little far(not controllable) and the prices are a little high for me. read more

I booked my intro with Barbie at the Allen location and she's been absolutely wonderful, she answers all of my questions and is so informative about the cold plunge verse sauna and which order I should do it. Any business that has to trick you and make cancellation difficult should be avoided. The facility is ok. The staff admitted there is fluctuation in all the rooms because some of the IR is out and not repaired. When you cancel they try to charge you for an extra month and make cancellation very problematic read more

It takes a lot for me to write a poor review. However, Unfortunately a package was sold to me and I was not explained that it would expire. I moved from the area across town but planned to utilizes my last 3 sessions when I was over in the area. I just received a message 2 months after the apparently "expired" asking me to purchase more. Confused I called Then kindly explained I wasn't aware of the expiration. To which they admitted can and does happen. Next I was told only way to use the 3 left was to buy more. I asked for a two week window to use my three since I was just now being told that they expired to which they again acknowledged, agreed, and even apologized for doing stating they were in the wrong, but said no to my respectful request. I was then told Unless I purchase more they wouldn't honor me by allowing me to use my already paid sessions. This is very poor business practices and I do not recommend them due to their lack of communication and lack of customer satisfaction. 2 weeks to use my pre paid sessions when they were in the wrong in communication is reasonable to allow. read more
