Had a fabulous sauna session at Glow Sauna Studios! Highly recommend a visit!…read more I stopped by for a 45-minute infrared sauna session with a friend. We were given a comprehensive tour of the facility, which is equipped with cold scented face towels, makeup wipes, hair ties, and anything else you may need to freshen up before or after your session! It was also very clean! Each room has a booklet describing all of the light therapy options and a TV to watch Netflix on which was so nice! They also provide towels to cover up in. It got up to 145 degrees in the sauna -- we had such a good sweat! Can't wait to come back!

I wish this location was more clean, friendly and involved with guests. One of the biggest downsides to these workouts is not having enough time between sessions. There should at least be 5 minute breaks between sessions. Time should be given to clean machines or for saunas to heat up when not in use. Also I wish instead of putting a code or using my app to open the doors a keycard could be used like most gyms.

I bought a Groupon for…read moretwo float tank sessions and was so excited to relax and got there only to find they are claiming to have float "tanks" but really have a float tent. This was not my idea of relaxation. The tent was located in a back room and just didn't look like it was being kept up with very well. To me, it didn't exactly look or feel relaxing or sanitary. I opted to leave without redeeming my Groupon or getting my float. I think it was false advertising and feel that they are just incorporating that into their business as something extra to offer. However I feel that if you have ever actually done a float tank sessions you'd know this is not it. That said, the place itself seemed fine for what it is, and the staff was nice.

Unfortunately, I just received a strange call today informing me that they had decided to cancel my membership. Because I can no longer lay down on my back due to a medical condition, I lied down on each of my sides to receive a back massage. Apparently, the masseuse could not keep the blanket over me the whole time which, according to their policy, constitutes indecent exposure. That was the reason they gave me to explain their decision to cancel my membership. The least they could have done is initiate a conversation with me to inform me of their policy first and try to find an arrangement to accommodate me! This is terrible customer service! I will not recommend this place to anyone!
