I am a member at a different location and I have dropped in here a few times when I can't make it all the way to my home location. The first time was mediocre, but today was absolutely horrible. The young lady at the front desk was very dry and not super friendly when she got me started on my services. The red light room was filthy. The nurse wasn't friendly and gave me a hard time about the shot that I was getting. I have been using a signature shot off and on since January due to a side effect of a medication that I was taking. She was rather accusatory and questioned me aggressively about why I needed the shot. I pay entirely too much money to be a member at restore for a staff member to question me about anything that I choose to get while I'm there. Unbelievable. My home store would never treat us members like that. My experience was poor and I will never return. Very disappointing. read more

Rude, poorly run, they are only concerned about the money. Was a member for almost 6M and have never been treated so poorly. I went for an IV and they said I good, I said goodbye doubled back to use the restroom said goodbye again and then come to find out I was on credit short of the service when they called me angerly requesting payment. Like hold on, don't be angry you didn't check me out or notice until after, it's not like I ran out of there. Do your job! They were all smiles and sweet but be one credit short and it's nasty and rude. I was in my car driving and couldn't read her my card info, called when I got home, and they were closed. Got a rude text message from a John, called him back and he was nothing but rude. The best cryotherapy facility I've come across. As their name states it's not only for cryotherapy they have many stations which I didn't get the chance to do this time but will get around to in the future. I really appreciated the organized set up on using the locker room as the median portal between the lobby and the cryo station. Other facilities have you moving from hallway to hallway with your robe and underwear, it's a small thing but very much appreciated. They also have a station where you can compress your muscles, they give you the option of arms, pelvic area, or legs. I opted for the legs since my F45 workouts have been working my hamstrings pretty hard. The one-two combo of cryo and then this worked wonders. Even better, it was free since I did a cryo session. Bonus, had a chance to watch a sports game while relaxing. They also have books available which I thought was awesome. Unfortunately it's out of the way from my home but will definitely recommend it to all of my friends near the Plano area whether it's for cramps, hangovers or general maintenance. Horrible manager LAURA SMITH! I highly recommend anyone who wants to go to Restore Hyper Wellness to use ANY location EXCEPT this one on Preston Road ONLY due to horrific experience I had with Laura Smith. She refused to tell me how long she has been charging my card after I cancelled over 6 months ago over the phone with an employee. She told me to do it myself. I have brought 4 different people to Hyper Wellness including the Dallas locations using the NAD drips that are multiple thousands of dollars. I will never use my influence of over 685k people in the area to recommend this franchise location due to Laura. She also charged my card and when I went in to cancel for the second time in person the front desk staff told me that she had tempered with my account and my credits are tempered inactive. She also has changed the way the system works- so when you sign up you are promised so many points and add ons then they change the terms and do not grandfather you in. She also boastfully told me she also gets to charge my card again for next month because there is a HARD policy that she will never waiver. I suggest you issue a stop payment on this company with your banks. They have told me this happens many times when you are told you are cancelled over the phone and then they stop emailing you and contacting you so you forget and then they say it never happened and that you have to walk in on foot. The banks will be on your side and against this company. So sad Laura hangs up on you, calls you rude, and tells YOU the COSTUMER that there is absolutely no way that you could have called and cancelled by phone and that it doesn't add up. Actually there is, you can and she sounds like a lying Liberal from California. I have not stepped foot on this location in over 7 or 8 months and I hope you do not end up in the grip of her lies either! Please stay away until she is relieved of her position. read more

Was Not informed that I needed waivers from my primary care physician prior to my appointment. I normally go to Well Health in Las Colinas or Frisco where they accept insurance. They are closed today so I tried this facility but their Nurse Practitioner does not understand healing naturally without ingesting medicines doesn't interact or interfere with an all natural IV. Ask questions before you come to this facility. If it's for medical go to Well Health and If you have medical history I suggest going to Well Health to skip the trouble. The staff was incredibly sweet, the facility inside is nice and seems very clean. They do have a lot of services. Overall, I wouldn't go back. read more

AVOID THIS LOCATION. I've been going here since May 2022 and pay for the $99/month membership and have bought dozens of Hbot sessions here which is pretty much the most expensive thing they offer. I've always done my bookings via app and walked in with no issue to the back where the Hbot is. I assume they have high turnover because lately it's all new people and they ask about the waiver and act like the appointment isn't sent to them on the computer prior to prepare. Today, the new lady couldn't even turn on the oxygen machine which made me uneasy. The new assistant manager accused me of "stealing treatments"(when I had already prepaid an Hbot package and booked online)as I walked out and then proceeded to send me an email cancelling my membership and stealing all of my prepurchase credits. New management is going to lose them a lot of business. It's a shame because the owner is a nice lady and some of the workers were a real pleasure. read more

Absolutely love this place! They take excellent care of my wife and I. My wife recently ruptured her achilles and had surgery on it about a month ago. Immediately after the surgery, she started doing the hyperbaric chamber 3x a week. We just had our second follow up with the surgeon and everything is healing MUCH faster than they anticipated.
