They really want to make sure their customers get what's best for their specific needs. I've also tried the red light therapy bed and it's powerful. Red light therapy is so beneficial for a lot of things but for me I'm using it for pain reduction in my neck and for reducing inflammation. I've already told many friends of mine about this place, my husband will be coming to try out the post viral drip soon. It's mostly a sauna house, as the name states, there's only one cold plunge. The staff is super friendly, but the cold plunge machine itself isn't very comfortable. It's the cool wooden looking one, but you can't stretch your legs. So you have to sit on your knees or cross legged to be fully submerged. I think they kept it at 48 degrees, and honestly doesn't feel so cold because of the small size. I have been here once before and the sauna is nice, it's small but that means it gets really hot! I love the vitamin c infused showerheads they have. It's not bougie by like an equinox, but it's a lovely place where you can get a sweat (lots of avails for sauana, but book in advance for cold plunge).
