The red light room was filthy. The nurse wasn't friendly and gave me a hard time about the shot that I was getting. I have been using a signature shot off and on since January due to a side effect of a medication that I was taking. She was rather accusatory and questioned me aggressively about why I needed the shot. I pay entirely too much money to be a member at restore for a staff member to question me about anything that I choose to get while I'm there. Unbelievable. My home store would never treat us members like that. My experience was poor and I will never return. Very disappointing.

This was my first cryogenic gas treatment. It was much better than expected. My body did not get uncomfortably cold on the outside but I can feel it working on the inside. An hour later I can still feel the coolness escaping my body and my soreness has lessened. I can't wait for my second treatment. I highly recommend!!!!!!

I believe it was her first day, she was very professional and knowledgeable, even offering me a sample of locally sourced kombucha, which I highly recommend trying. Another staff member Chad, who was very personable greeted me initially. I thought he was the owner he was super knowledgeable. He patiently answered all my questions about the available packages, ensuring I was well educated and was able to get a package that fit my needs being I live so far. I did the cryotherapy session on the highest level for 3-minutes and 30-second. While it was intense it's absolutely bearable, the feeling afterward was well worth it. After that I experienced the compression therapy, which I highly recommend for anyone with a desk job or who sits for extended periods it felt sooo good. The spa itself is immaculate and beautifully designed, it was clean which enhanced the overall experience. Given the quality of treatments and the professionalism of the staff, investing in a monthly package is a wise choice for those living nearby. In late 2019, it was offline thanks to a tornado that did major damage in the area. Within a year of being back at this location, the pandemic arrived which slowed things down. Thankfully, Cryo1one safely remained open throughout the early days of the pandemic and continues to thrive today. Recently, this location went through a major remodel to optimize the use of the space to accommodate the expanded service portfolio. Over the past ~24 months, the service portfolio expanded from to 2 to 8. Similar to the original 2 services (cryotherapy and IV Drips/Vitamin shots), all contribute to a healthy lifestyle and wellness journey. While I continue to do cryotherapy and mostly vitamin B12 shots, I have added most of the newer services to my routine, some on an as need basis. The new services include: Rapid Reboot Compression Boots: This has quickly become a favorite of mine and is now part of my regular routine. These boots really help with my recovery when it comes to leg soreness. The boots provide a 360° leg massage that is targeted and intentional in flushing out lactic acid. Recently, they added 'compression shorts' which focus more on the glutes and lower back...this is a game changer! Dry Salt Therapy: I find this to be very beneficial, especially in the December to February timeframe which is when my allergies tend to flare up (thanks to the mountain cedar pollen that is at its highest during those months). For those wondering, the treatment consists of micro-sized salt particles that naturally create an antibacterial environment, drawing out the excess moisture, mucus and impurities that are in the airways and on the skin. Also, an option when using this is to add the infrared lights creating an Infrared Sauna which just adds to experience and benefits. If you are an allergy suffer, I highly recommend trying this. BioCharger: The BioCharger NG facilitates an amplified and optimized transfer of electrons in and around your body without needing to leave the house, generating an effect familiar to individuals who practice 'Earthing' or 'Grounding', but in a more concentrated way. Bioharmonic Vibe Bed: Talk about relaxation...this is it!! As it says in the name, this is vibrating bed of sorts and that combined with the headphones which play spa-like music makes this a real treat. BallancerPro: For me, this is similar to the Compression Boots except it's on steroids. While the compression boots focus on the legs, this comes up to just above the abdominal area and focuses on the lymphatic system through a gentle massaging motion (think lymphatic massage). In addition to being very relaxing, I find this to be detox of sorts. The team here continues to be super cool (no pun intended); they are always very welcoming and super knowledgeable. Most importantly, they are easy to talk with which is important while in the cryo chamber as the conversation allows one to forget (sort of) how cold they are feeling.While walk-ins are welcome, scheduling is done via the Cryo1one app. Overall, I continue to be very pleased with Cryo1one and I am glad this is part of my health/wellness journey.

The Dallas location felt spacious & I loved the darker, calmer room. Having four cold plunge tubs was amazing & the Norwegian sauna was a generous size. There was also an additional infrared sauna compared to San Antonio plus two red light therapy rooms, which we enjoyed. The staff/guests were friendly & welcoming. Gabriel & Kenzie took great care of us...answering our questions & checking in throughout our visit. Overall, Evolve continues to impress with excellent service & thoughtful spaces.
