Scheduling my appointment was easy and the employee told me what i needed to prep. The location is amazing! It's in the highly popular mockingbird station! It took me a minute to realize that there is a second floor, so i couldn't find it at first. Upon arrival we filled out a waiver and got a tour. The host was informative, nice, and inviting! She was great! I loved that they posted about their rigorous cleaning methods and that i actually saw it in person. We were the last ones for the day, so all of the cleaning supplies was out and they were cleaning everything! I love that so much! It made me feel comfortable that they keep up their cleaning standards! The sauna- we were given a cabin which is a room that you sit in for the experience. We were told we could listen to music as loud as we want since the cabins are soundproof. They had a TV for people to log into their nextflix to watch something while they sit. They provided us with towels, water bottles, and back rest. The host showed us the perks of the actual sauna- chromotherapy which allowed us to pick the color we wanted, the back lights just in case we wanted to read a book, and educated up on how to change the temperature. The experience-our sauna was set to 145 degrees, which was too high. Since I'm not used to it, i kept having to come out of the cabin to get into the cool air, when maybe i could have just lowered the temperature. It was a bit hard to sit through it, there was a point i was counting down the seconds for it to end. At the end of 45 minutes i was glowing, glistening, feeling refreshed. I did have a slight headache. They have a beauty bar in the back with cute goodies to use and to help get back to the real world . My overall experience was awesome! It gave me 45 minutes to just relax, meditate, not think about the million things i have to do in the day. It should help me with my skin. I will come back when i have stress and need time to myself, for sure

However, the facilities were very well kept, they were constantly cleaning. There's a wide selection of food & a ton of seating. I like that there's a movie theater room. And the price is $25 cheaper than Spa Castle. I still enjoyed myself. Two tips: 1) Save $8 by going to Super Komart just down the street & buying a pass for just $42 if you pay in cash. 2) Bring socks! The floors of several of the sauna rooms are very hot. Shoes are not allowed but socks are. You should also bring your own towel for the water park. The complimentary ones are hand towels.

We were given a comprehensive tour of the facility, which is equipped with cold scented face towels, makeup wipes, hair ties, and anything else you may need to freshen up before or after your session! It was also very clean! Each room has a booklet describing all of the light therapy options and a TV to watch Netflix on which was so nice! They also provide towels to cover up in. It got up to 145 degrees in the sauna -- we had such a good sweat! Can't wait to come back!

The food at the pool bar too way too long. I ordered a chicken sandwich so not sure what the reason for the delay was. The drinks were pretty good. As well as the Korean food on the 3rd floor.
