Had a fabulous sauna session at Glow Sauna Studios! Highly recommend a visit! I stopped by for a 45-minute infrared sauna session with a friend. We were given a comprehensive tour of the facility, which is equipped with cold scented face towels, makeup wipes, hair ties, and anything else you may need to freshen up before or after your session! It was also very clean! Each room has a booklet describing all of the light therapy options and a TV to watch Netflix on which was so nice! They also provide towels to cover up in. It got up to 145 degrees in the sauna -- we had such a good sweat! Can't wait to come back! read more

I love their infrared, sauna. It is such a great experience. I love that they have different option options that one could go for it. I love that. They have the tiles waiting and there's also a section where one can get a makeup, wipe, a towel, or hair tie it's very considerate of the person using the sauna itself. There's a little TVs outside so that you can watch as you're sitting and you're not just bored. I do not suggest bringing your phone inside because of the nature of the room itself it gets hot in your phone will get hot too. read more

Had a wonderful experience here. Very chill and relaxing. The staff is more than kind and we spent time just talking afterwards. It's a cool place. You get a private room with options for color therapy, small weights for extra work or Netflix to watch while you sit. This is a great option for those who prioritize workout recovery. If you love heat as much as I do, this will give you a great option for detox and getting your sweat on. I was first and foremost impressed with the professionalism and cleanliness of this studio. The staff is very friendly and explain everything about the sauna rooms. You can choose your version of private sauna session, in the room where you can stretch out as well as the "sauna pod". I had never experienced the pod version before so I decided on that one. They give you towels as well as bottled water and there are cold towels for after your session (as well as deodorant, but I'll be honest just go home and shower after so you aren't so gross in this heat). That little pod heated me up like a chili pepper and it was so relaxing having the ME time. This is also available on ClassPass, but you can also purchase a membership and they offer specials. I enjoyed it so much I'll be booking another session soon and very soon. read more

I loved this sauna. My first time going was today with my friend. We were promptly greeted by Kate and her customer service was phenomenal. My friend enjoyed our time at the sauna. Kate made us feel welcomed and well informed, she also gave me a tour of where all the things in the sauna were located. Just because of the cleanliness and her customer service my friend and I will come next Friday. This place is a must to unwind and relax, it is super rejuvenating. read more

I'm really enjoying this place so far. The staff has been incredibly kind and professional. The heat is intense, but I'm excited to see if it makes a difference in the next few months. I love the individual sauna rooms with the privacy to undress and to turn on the tv and watch Netflix while you sweat out your session. The additional light therapy is also nice after reading the benefits it could potentially have. Currently I feel relief with my joint pain, so I think somethings working. I love a good sauna but find that you can't really enjoy one unless you go to a gym or spot that has 1. Being able to just pop in and do a quick sauna session is awesome. Really like that they had ATV in the cabin you are able to watch Netflix. It helped the time go by pretty quickly. Front desk Attendant customer service was great ! BEST sauna studio I have ever been to! I have been using sauna therapy for about two years now extremely consistently because I LOVE the benefits it offers me! I have been to many sauna studios and this is BY FAR the best one I have ever been to. They have SO many sauna cabins in their location so it's never hard to book with them, even super last minute! They also have their own app which makes it SO easy to book on your own from your phone! They provide two towels for each session, the saunas get VERY hot and you can control the temperature, there are tv's in every sauna cabin so you can watch something during your session! You have the whole cabin to yourself for 45 minutes, which is the perfect amount of time. They wipe down each cabin thoroughly after each client and even mop the floors! Last, but CERTAINLY not least, they offer free eucalyptus infused chilled wet trowels for your face after the session. This is my FAVORITE part and it is such a sweet, unnecessary gesture that they added and I am SO happy they did cause it makes the experience all the more amazing! Sam is the employee I first met when I signed up and he is genuinely one of the kindest people I have ever met in my life. He believes so much in his work and is so passionate about sauna therapy! Hands down the best sauna studio in Dallas. Staff provided me exceptional service, always so welcoming! Studio is always clean and well sanitized. Their membership option is the bang that your buck needs. You get 1 session per day which gives you access to both the sauna cabin and pod. I use the sauna 4-5 times a week and let me tell ya, it has helped improve my mental acuity, muscle recovery and minimize my joint pain. I jump in the sauna after my workouts and my recovery time is down more than 50%! They've now added light weights so you can score a quick arm workout while sweating/detoxing!!
