I went to Glow for the first time yesterday and it was so lovely. I went in and Laura introduced herself and gave me the grand tour. The Saunas were a perfect size and also had a television which you are able to connect your phone with. The music playing on the background is great though and there are a lot of other small amenities that made this place super cute and cozy. After I was done, I stayed and asked Laura all my additional questions. She was so kind and lovely and answered everything. There was another gentleman there who was sweet too. I went in on my birthday since they sent me an email with a birthday special. I brought my daughter with me. It was her first time and she loved it. It was so relaxing and just what I needed. I have a Dallasite passport that grants us a pass to this location. I have never been to a sauna before so had no idea what to expect. Scheduling my appointment was easy and the employee told me what i needed to prep. The location is amazing! It's in the highly popular mockingbird station! It took me a minute to realize that there is a second floor, so i couldn't find it at first. Upon arrival we filled out a waiver and got a tour. The host was informative, nice, and inviting! She was great! I loved that they posted about their rigorous cleaning methods and that i actually saw it in person. We were the last ones for the day, so all of the cleaning supplies was out and they were cleaning everything! I love that so much! It made me feel comfortable that they keep up their cleaning standards! The sauna- we were given a cabin which is a room that you sit in for the experience. We were told we could listen to music as loud as we want since the cabins are soundproof. They had a TV for people to log into their nextflix to watch something while they sit. They provided us with towels, water bottles, and back rest. The host showed us the perks of the actual sauna- chromotherapy which allowed us to pick the color we wanted, the back lights just in case we wanted to read a book, and educated up on how to change the temperature. The experience-our sauna was set to 145 degrees, which was too high. Since I'm not used to it, i kept having to come out of the cabin to get into the cool air, when maybe i could have just lowered the temperature. It was a bit hard to sit through it, there was a point i was counting down the seconds for it to end. At the end of 45 minutes i was glowing, glistening, feeling refreshed. I did have a slight headache. They have a beauty bar in the back with cute goodies to use and to help get back to the real world . My overall experience was awesome! It gave me 45 minutes to just relax, meditate, not think about the million things i have to do in the day. It should help me with my skin. Really enjoy this concept of renting pods and cabins for sauna sessions. They keep the place really clean and the atmosphere is like a contemporary spa. It's very convenient to book and I typically book through ClassPass. They provide towels and I would recommend bringing water or an electrolyte drink for during or after. I'm trying to incorporate this into my self care regime. I absolutely love it. It's so expensive, the reason for 4/5 However I definitely think it's worth the cost. read more

Absolutely NOT worth the money anymore. I've been coming here since 2023 however my recent visit made me so uncomfortable and disrespected that I would never come back again. Brooke in the front desk was beyond unprofessional since I spoke to her on the phone but once I got inside my cabin, her and 2 other old women started to try to get inside my cabin room and laughed so loudly saying "that's a squatter in there" and " that's so gross" after I said I was in there TWICE. Wonderful experience from beginning. They were very professional, clean, knowledgeable, efficient and welcoming. Today is my first time to do an infrared sauna. So, honestly didn't know what to expect. It's very relaxing. They offer a lil music or streaming of videos within reason. Felt amazing, and detoxed after. Tried this place as I was needing a detox and to feel that reset for my body. I made my appointment for 8:00 AM. I got in at 8 and was asked about needing a timer. My timer was set for 49 minutes, enough to get ready and soak in my 45 minutes. The cabin was hot, but in my opinion was not hot enough for me. I did sweat, but expected more from my past experiences of using infrared saunas. I also attribute such temperature because I was an early bird. Overall, the experience did give me a boost to my mood considering dealing with a crazy schedule since 2021 kicked in. I also do experience joint pain every now and then, so I definitely feel that my knee did not feel wonky afterwards. I did use my FSA card, so do wonder what documentation I would need to provide later on. Overall, cannot wait to try this place back again. read more

Huge on customer service since I own multiple companies and have prided myself on "raving Fan" service. This place kept giving me the run around on how to cancel. They kept saying they were going to send a cancellation link.. after about the fourth person (9 days into trying to cancel, I finally spoke to a guy who said send a simple email. At this time, now over gone by the 7 days from renewal and they are so broke they need that extra month . Instead of pleasing the customer and earning my repeat business later. No lie, I loved everything else. Wasn't big on the customer service. One time went in and some young guy sitting talking to two girls for like 20 minutes. Then he helped me. They were just there to talk. Customers should be first, since there isn't any time limit on your friends. I even thought about franchising one of these, cuz I like the concept. But when a company doesn't train on customer service, or if they are so desperate they can't avoid taking me money after I tried for 9 days trying to cancel (well before the "limitations") They need some secret shoppers to audit these people. Not sure if main office would like the service. My biggest problem is it shouldn't have taken 9 days to cancel a simple subscription. I was headed back home and they don't have one of these where I'm from. The next issue was them still charging even though they knew I had been trying to cancel for so long; but they said they were struggling so bad that they needed that extra $100 versus me franchising lol. Super disappointed cuz I actually liked this place; but again customer service is huge for me. When you ignore me for 20 minutes and I have to stand in, what I thought was a line to the cashier and the whole time he is just talking to two girls. Finally the girls are like, do you need to talk to him? I'm like yea, I need a cabin. Oh ok, yea give me a sec. Let me finish with the girls . They go no, help him . I came here with a friend of mine and we enjoyed our time. We used a sauna that fits two people comfortably. I really enjoyed the different benefits that I received such as a cleared up airway because I was quite ill with a bad cold. My nose became decongested and my body seemed to sweat out all of the toxins and mucus that were inside my body. You will sweat a lot but you will feel great. My only complaint was that the employee who attended to us was very rude and did not explain the process well to us at all so we had to figure out things on our own. We mentioned to him several times that it had been our first time but he did not seem to care. Clyde is an absolute star, wow, this was my first time here and I would have to say this is probably one of the best customer service experiences I've experience anywhere. Now on to the sauna itself, it was so incredible actually, it really exceeded my expectations. They had like a glass ceiling on the sauna so you didn't feel Koster phobic or anything like that, and you can watch TV the whole time, and change the color of the light within the room, and they had plenty of towels for you to use. I have been going to glow sauna studios for several months now. It has improved my sleep tremendously and helps to clear my mind and relax when I am super stressed. The studio has several cabins: some are heated to higher temp than others (around 158F vs. 145F), most of the saunas are mainly 2 seater but there is one 4 seater hot sauna that is great to use with a friend. For someone who hasn't gone to sauna regularly, start with the 145F saunas until your body gets better acclimated. I have recommended the place to several or my friends given how much I enjoy going there and benefit I have seen. It's a must especially during cold winter months to help warm up and relax. The team is very friendly and welcoming and helpful and keep the place clean which is essential for me to feel safe. Shout out to Farah for great service and remembering to lay an extra towel on the cabin floor when I come. (Hint: You will sweat a lot!) Highly recommended to go and give it a try! Definitely would recommend! The staff is very polite and accommodating. I've done both the cabin and solo pod. Both are amazing. The cabin allows you to sit and watch Netflix/Hulu etc. enough room to lounge while you get your sweat on. Clean towels and cabin. The Solo Pod is a whole other level of sweat. They offer a sample of cream to get the sweat going on problem areas (I keep forgetting to ask for sample but others have come out raving about it). Easy to book and communicate with. Spoke to the owner on one visit and he was genuine and inquisitive about what I was looking for in hours, availability, etc. The service offered is something I've been searching for but the customer service has far exceeded any I've had in the last couple of years. Honestly I would continue on just for the staff but I purchased an unlimited month to month due to staff and product offered! A must try for anyone in the Dallas area! I am so happy I gave this place a try. I have never been a fan of sauna's and have always felt sick after using the one at the gym. (I'm on team steam room). This place takes the sauna to a new level. The cabins are spacious and have a tv with Netflix. You will sweat, but it dose not make you feel fatigue. I have tried all sorts of recovery techniques (Cryosauna, ice baths, saunas / steam rooms, etc.) and none of them compare to Glow. I went to the recently opened location on Belt Line Rd. and the experience was fantastic. The staff were extremely helpful & friendly and gave me a tour of the facility prior to showing me my sauna cabin. I had a 45-minute session in a cabin to myself. The cabin rooms are extremely clean and come equipped with a TV with Netflix, Spotify, YouTube TV, etc. if you want to watch something as well as multiple towels for your session. Personally, I enjoyed the disconnecting and relaxation part of it. After a 45-minute session you'll notice an incredible difference in your stress level and will have sweat out a ton - it feels like a complete reset.
