This is a review for the greedy, unprofessional and inexperienced management, mainly the owner (Gabby). The esthetician was the only reason I decided on this location, even though the owner/manager did not honor the quote I was given over several text & email correspondences with one of her reps. She blamed the rep being new & she wasn't even aware of such a person. Though it was this very rep who got me over to Restore. I signed up for a 5-visit package re CryoFacial (which does not work, btw, but no fault of the esthetician). There was a scheduling issue multiple times from the owner who was adamant about my 5 visits being completed when in fact it was not until I had to show her proof that I still had one more to go and she never bothered to apologize. But it's not just the lack of organization that i am reviewing here. During one of my visits, there was a new payment system put in without any courtesy notice to the clients that to continue using a credit card, a fee must be processed AND the owner had the indecency to actually turn the screen to me with a suggested minimum tip of $45.00 while putting on a (fake) friendly smile! I've no idea how that was even calculated, but who does that?? This company tries to appeal to paying clients with high-end prices, but yet provide no adequate customer service to justify the level of business projected. Never any follow-ups from the manager to ask how the treatment is going and whether or not there's anything on their end to possibly improve upon so that at least a client can feel happy about a business that is genuinely trying to care. Wouldn't this be a better way to try and retain customers? Even if one of the services didn't work out, there are several other things to try out, which i was actually prepared to do next, but after each visit being such an unpleasant surprise (not to mention how much of a turn off it is when the only repeated few words from the owner is always about how to get more money out of you), I knew I just wanted my package over with and never have to return again. This was the first time I did NOT look forward to going to a spa appointment! Even though the treatment itself didn't work on me, I would've at least felt okay with contributing to a business that deserved my time and money. These days, it's all about word-of-mouth and there's plenty of competition out there. Customers are a lot more savvy and can easily tell when an establishment like this isn't properly managed and lacks sincerity and only targets $$$$. read more
