Based on their confidence, I paid upfront for tattoo removal and 3 syringes of filler. Right after the first tattoo removal session, I was told the tattoo removal wouldn't work because of the ink color -- something they absolutely should've mentioned before selling me a package. With the filler, I was only given half a syringe (with no explanation until after I paid), the filler was placed wrong and was injected on the inside of my mouth as opposed to around the lips where it's supposed to go. It was done in small section so you could see where the product was and wasn't. I was told that it would need to be dissolved because I had a bad reaction- I've been getting filler for years, but again trusted them, so I got it dissolved and came back. When I returned to get the rest, they told me they'd thrown it out because "they can't store it so I need to purchase more" Again -- never disclosed until it was too late. I asked for a refund and was told several times it was being processed, but months went by with no response. I followed up constantly, stayed patient and respectful, and was either ignored or brushed off. Finally, someone from their national office called me -- he was rude, aggressive, and sarcastic from the second I answered. When I asked him not to talk over me, he paused for a full minute just to say, "Just wanted to make sure you were done before I was allowed to speak." Then he hung up on me when I address his behavior. I spent thousands of dollars here and got nothing I was promised. Now I have no thousands of dollars in credits that I will never use. They lie to make the sale, botch you, dodge accountability, and treat you like an inconvenience if you ask questions. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I never wanted to embarrass myself by sharing photos of my lips, but want to help anyone else who is considering going here. Save your time, money, and sanity -- go literally anywhere else.

She suggested a Nefertiti lift treatment, but after waiting the full two weeks, I honestly saw no difference at all despite spending almost $700. I scheduled a follow-up on May 6 with the practitioner from my first visit because she was the reason I originally came to this clinic. During the appointment, we compared before-and-after photos, and she herself told me there was really no visible difference from the treatment. She said she would speak with management to evaluate a refund since there was no noticeable change and because client satisfaction is very important to them. However, it's now May 16 and I never heard back from anyone, not even to let me know the outcome. I completely understand that not every treatment works the same for everyone, but spending almost $700 on a treatment with no visible results and then never receiving any follow-up after the issue was acknowledged was honestly really disappointing.

I was apprehensive -- I mean, who ilkes needles, right? -- but Jane patiently explained the whole process to me and that made me feel much more comfortable. After removing my makeup, Jane applied a numbing cream so that I would be more comfortable during the procedure. About 20 minutes later, she began the needling on my newly-numbed face. Jane uses the latest and greatest equipment, and she changes out the needling tips for every client -- not all spas do this, because it's expensive -- and that's one of the reasons why I trust Jane with my skin. While I wouldn't call the needling part exactly relaxing -- because it's a little jarring the first time -- the results were amazing. As she needled each section, she applied a serum product to absorb into the skin, and sent me home afterward with a deeply hydrating mask for use later that evening. My skin looked a tiny bit sunburned afterward -- I am very fair -- but it wasn't bad at all. The next morning, it looked amazing -- glowy and firm.
