Lemmon location: I had the absolute best experience today. Clarisa is very knowledgeable and sweet. She answered all my questions and explained my procedure in great detail. She was amazing. I had my first micro needling session today and I was nervous but Clarisa made sure I was comfortable and at ease. Katherine at the Lemmon location is a true professional and part-time angel. I went in to see her for temple filler and Dysport, but she went above and beyond helping correct some scar tissue from surgery I had prior. She worked tirelessly to break it up. Doretta is the best! I came here for filler and later back for Botox. She knows her stuff and REALLY listens. I've been getting Botox for 10 years and my eyebrows always drop and I look sad for a month. I've tried doctors, NP and regular injectors and usually have to get so much extra botox to balance the drop of the brows that I feel like I'm being taken advantage of. They stole over $500 from me. i paid for 40 HCG injections, and they only gave me 20, and also gave me the WRONG needles. HCG is administered intramuscular. They clearly don't know what they are doing here because they said it didnt need to be. I haven't lost a single pound because the 20 days I did receive, was injected NOT into the muscle because the wrong needles were given to me. I have not only gone to nursing school, and any real nurse should know this about HCG, but I have also successfully completed 2 previous rounds of HCG with a different company and lost a great amount of weight. when I tried contacting the manager, she called me a liar and was talking over me and arguing with me. Completely disrespected me while my girlfriend was trying to get her face done. I told the block woman politely f*** you and left. She proceeded to gossip to the girl working the front desk who barely were any help when asking for a booklet with prices. There answer was oh we gave away the last one... didn't even discuss verbally prices. Anyways. Since the black lady gossiped so much and I left to go to the bathroom she proceeds to continue to talk shit and my girlfriend. For a woman to have a needle in her hand about to stab my girlfriend I couldn't even say nothing back in my defense, which is sad because it's a med spa and they wanna take shots about how someone looks and talk about how the last place I got filler and Botox looked bad. I was a patient at the Dallas location but followed a technician to the Lemmon location. The first appointment I had they called to canceled just a couple hours before my appointment time. The next appointment I scheduled with the nurse on staff close to the Holidays, again I accommodated my work schedule and again the day of they canceled my appointment due to nurse wanting to leave earlier that day. I then spoke with a manager apparently they do what they want at that clinic because they did not have permission to cancel confirmed appointments. I still gave the office one last chance ( I know ) I go to my IPL appointment which Is normally an hour and show up 9 minutes late due to lanes being closed and neither the nurse who was sitting up front the young Hispanic receptionist neither if them informed that the tech had taken her 9:45 appointment first ? I don't know how she had another booking overlapping my appointment? Anyhow I will no longer be going back this is the worse I've ever been treated don't wish this for anyone. Spoke with manager only for them to offer $25 B-12 shots . Not worth the disrespect read more
