So I've gone in for 3 sessions at this point and I really like it!! I love the personal space to relax in the sauna with the different mood lightings. And the vitamin C shower afterwards is chefs kiss. The cold plunge is cool too if you're into that kind of thing. And a nice touch at the end of the session is the red light therapy you can use which I hear is very benefit for cell repair. The staff is always very friendly. I'm so happy I got a membership here cause I've been looking forward to going. read more

I cancelled back in November. It's not January 30th and they are still trying my card. I've locked it now for that same reason. But it's crazy to me that I'm going to order a whole new card just because they can't seem to cancel on their end. They also don't answer the phone. I called previous to confirm my reservation time and to be put in the same suite as my friend. When we arrived, we had different appt times. Not only that, they didn't have a large enough suite to fit us. Not only that, the $25 promo that we paid for stated you get a sauna, cold plunge, and vitamin C shower but when we arrived we were only signed up for the sauna. False advertising. The lady at the front desk tried her best to accommodate us, it was her first day and we appreciate that. But it shouldn't have come to all this. DO NOT BECOME A MEMBER HERE. I've called multiple times over the last month to cancel my membership and no one has sent me a cancellation form and I was even told that they filled out the form for me and my membership was cancelled, yet they charged me again. And when I call to ask for the cancellation form, I'm told that the manager will call me back and never does. They even say that if I'm not within the 30 day notice they will have to charge me again, even though THEY are the reason I cannot "officially" cancel. Extremely unprofessional. They basically scammed my boyfriend and me--we paid $175 for four months without going to the Sweathouz once. I tried to cancel after the second month, but they hid the two-month minimum policy in the contract. Even after I submitted the cancellation form 30 days early, they claimed they never got it, didn't notify me, and made me pay for another month just to cancel. I'd already moved out of Dallas and they could see we weren't using the saunas, but didn't offer any help or let me switch plans without starting a whole new contract(which comes with the 2 month policy bs). This place is great if you like dirty showers, filthy saunas, and cold plunges with weird foam at the top! My favorite part is the 200 new employees they revolve every 3 months and currently no manager on site. My last visit was Wednesday and the front desk person called me "sweetheart" before telling me that there were no saunas available (6 open doors) so it is probable he didnt want to get off Instagram to clean one. If you want to sauna and cold plunge- try Restore Hyper Wellness which is about 300 feet to the west in the same building. Super clean and friendly staff- they have alot more amenities and the cryo is a much more sanitary way for cold exposure. read more

My first experience at Sweathouz was extremely delightful and I have been a loyal member with Sweathouz for about a year now. A year ago, I would have given this place 5 stars. However, since my first visit, my experience at this location has gradually worsened and I have become extremely disappointed with what the studio has become. About a month or so after me and my partner became members, a new manager greeted us and let us know that they would be a lot of changes coming up as a new manager. He seemed to be very accommodating until he was shortly replaced with someone else. Not sure who has been running this place, but I've been a member long enough to notice that there have been at least 3-4 (maybe more) different managers at this location within the past year. Observing this, I assumed the business is still working on improving how they operate. However, I would say since January 2025, the quality of service has plummeted. The new manager, whose name I believe is Melinda, introduced us with the same statement previous managers have said to us - that "things were going to be different..." etc. My first negative experience with her took place when I brought a friend to Sweathouz for the first time and waited over HALF AN HOUR for someone to clean the cold plunge. She was occupied giving a tour to another first timer which I thought was extremely rude - she did not offer my friend (who is a first timer) a tour, and didn't even help the employees clean the cold plunge. I usually like to cold plunge right before a heated workout, so thank God I booked the cold plunge earlier than usual, otherwise I would have missed it. I have never waited 30 minutes for a 15-minute session until Melinda became the manager. My second negative experience with Melinda took place sometime around mid-March 2025; where my partner and I had a cold plunge scheduled followed by a sauna. After our cold plunge I went up to her to let her know we were ready for the sauna so that she could start the timer and before I could even get a word our she "shushed" me while she was talking on her personal phone, followed by her asking the question, "hey, are you working?" on her phone while she is literally AT WORK. After she rudely "shushed" me and started the timer I noticed she forgot to offer a cold compress, but I was so taken aback that I didn't even want to ask anymore. I thought this was extremely rude, and the fact that this was not my first negative experience with her was very alarming. I noticed that since she has become the manager, I am waiting longer for my appointments, the cold plunge breaks down more frequently, and her priority is acquiring new members, and clearly neglects current members. I had an appointment on Sunday, 3/30 for a cold plunge and they informed me AGAIN that it was broken and that I could either use it anyway or wait for the other one that was working, but occupied. I had a heated workout shortly after so I could not wait for another possible half hour. At that point I asked to cancel my membership and Melinda told me someone from corporate would be contacting me to confirm cancellation. She notified me of the 30-day cancel policy and I responded with my concerns about the studio and how I would prefer immediate cancellation. I felt this was warranted because what is the point of paying for a service that doesn't work half the time? I rely heavily on the sauna to relieve my anxiety, and while I was expressing my concerns, my anxiety surfaced, and I was tremoring. She offered a free sauna session, but again, I had already scheduled a heated workout shortly after the cold plunge. I understand this is a first-world problem, but it is extremely frustrating when a business cannot deliver to their clients, commit to their own schedule, AND STILL have the audacity to increase their membership prices. She responded that someone would call Monday, but I still haven't gotten anything. I looked at the website and there is no corporate number or email provided, so here I am writing this review. It is a shame for this business because I have referred this place to many people and used to speak highly of them. I now have a very polarizing opinion due to my experience within the past few months. Lastly, around October 2024, one of the managers told me that they would be closing to do some remodeling, but they never provided a notification, date, time frame, or email regarding this statement, so I assumed that it was postponed. One of the few reasons I continued to be a member here was because of this remodel and lack of competition in the Dallas area. Since then, it seems no one knows when or if it will be remodeled, and I am actively looking for another contrast therapy studio. read more

I LOVE LOVE LOVE SweatHouz!! The facility is beautiful + clean and the staff is awesome. I got the unlimited membership and go all the time now. I used to go to a gym with workouts in sauna, which was nice, but, sometimes I just wanted to relax. I look forward to my sessions at SweatHouz because it's my own time to just chill and unplug each day. The private rooms with sauna and shower are nice and perfect for going in the morning then getting ready and going to work. I also love the ice baths as they make me feel more energized for the day however, I've noticed if you don't book these a little bit in advance then you might not find a morning time. For the saunas I've never had a problem getting a time that works. I 100% recommend SweatHouz! read more

Both myself and friend had an appointment at 4:15pm for the cold plunge and my email and text said that my booking was for the suite with the cold plunge and the sauna. I already paid a week prior to this. My friend even was in town from out of state and he also was signed up for this. Well I get a call at 3:23pm the day of my appt when J was about to leave for it, telling me that my package does not include the cold plunge. I have friends who have went here and their package included that and I even have an email and text of documentation saying that I did. When I booked this I even called in to confirm that that was my package and the lady on the phone said yes and I was all set. I have been injured so I was looking forward to this. So to get a call telling me otherwise, was very disappointing and unprofessional. False advertisement and misleading information. I would also like management to contact me. I am very upset how this was handled. And we are still waiting on our refund that the lady on the phone said she was issuing us since we are not aloud to go to our own appointment. read more
