I visited Restart Longevity Spa and had an exceptional experience from beginning to end. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Samantha at the desk. I believe it was her first day, she was very professional and knowledgeable, even offering me a sample of locally sourced kombucha, which I highly recommend trying. Another staff member Chad, who was very personable greeted me initially. I thought he was the owner he was super knowledgeable. He patiently answered all my questions about the available packages, ensuring I was well educated and was able to get a package that fit my needs being I live so far. I did the cryotherapy session on the highest level for 3-minutes and 30-second. While it was intense it's absolutely bearable, the feeling afterward was well worth it. After that I experienced the compression therapy, which I highly recommend for anyone with a desk job or who sits for extended periods it felt sooo good. The spa itself is immaculate and beautifully designed, it was clean which enhanced the overall experience. Given the quality of treatments and the professionalism of the staff, investing in a monthly package is a wise choice for those living nearby. Cool, calm lobby with tinted windows, waters ready after your treatment, and even kombucha for purchase. Wes, the Director of Operations, got me booked fast and walked me straight to the Red Light Contour Pod. Private room, spa-level robe, and more towels and wipes than I could ever need. The treatment itself was wildly effective. The pod gently shakes and warms your body while the red light works its magic on your skin. I was sweating without even realizing it, and my muscle tension melted away. I had a pulled muscle from playing guitar last week, and this thing worked it out better than anything else I've tried. I left feeling relaxed, lighter, limber, and honestly like I snuck in a workout without ever stepping foot in a gym. They have packages for every budget, the team is welcoming, and they genuinely care about accessibility and your comfort. This was such a luxurious thirty minutes in the middle of a chaotic week. First off I am a big fan of anything providing immediate relief for athletes that constantly are pushing our bodies. Gym/fitness instructors...please...do yourself a solid and get your recovery on here!! Or if you are just into overall wellness this place has you covered. IV drips, b12 vitamin shots, compression boots sessions, oh my! Plus so much more!! They also have package deals and membership bundles. You are free to use your FSA through work benefits if you utilize this wellness service. I enjoy dropping in so I can try different locations and use my Class Pass. I tried their advanced freeze session and it was the coldest experience ever!! So good if your body is used to the treatment. Wow oh wow. My first time coming to Cutting Edge Cryo in Lewisville was a blessing. I inquired about a Dry Float Bed and was sent here to give one a try. The service I received here was unlike anywhere I've experienced before. From the lovely lady at the front desk, to Ethan and his expertise. Ethan gave me a full run down of what the machine is and how it works along with its benefits. I let him know my desire behind a Dry Float Bed and we resonated well on the use and outcome of the experience, which is hard to come by. After this amazing 1 hour journey into a peaceful state. Ethan gave me a try at the Cryogenic Chamber (a great follow up to the Dry Float Bed). A great surprise this was, being that it wasent on my agenda for the day, so I am very grateful for the chance to experience the Chamber because it turned out to be much more relaxing than initially expected and something that I am absolutely going to return for along with the Dry Float Bed and the rest of the amazing wellness technology at this establishment. I had started to do cryo at another business. I usually bought their Groupon to get the best price but the location wasn't convenient and had to always look for a new Groupon. I saw Cutting Edge opening next to SMG. I have been going to them since their grand opening. I called and got the pricing and came in for my first session. The staff is and always has been very helpful and customer oriented. They will tour the facility with you and explain all the services. After my session i signed up for the 5 session a month package and was a better price and not constantly looking for a Groupon. I feel best when i get 2 sessions a week in but work makes it hard. I tried the compression therapy on my legs are really like it. The legs feel great after and the best part is I just have to sit there!! They have a complimentary oxygen bar with each paid service. I have bad knees and this definitely helps with the discomfort. I highly recommend them even without their bribe of a discounter service LOL! read more

I came in today for my 2nd MIC shot because I absolutely loved the results from the first I received last Saturday. I also go to try their Kaasen cryo slimming with Abbey!! When I walked in she explained everything inside and out and was happy to answer my million other questions. I didn't have carbs or sugars 2 hours before and 2 hours after and I drank plenty of water. The process was super easy but extremely cold haha. As part of a promotion, I tried their sculpting pod, their anti-aging facial and their cryo sculpt services. I opted to have the cryo sculpt on my neck/chin. I can't wait to see what the results are in a few days--same wait time as my facial. Im pretty much a baby when it comes to the sculpt pod. I paused it every 10 min because I got too hot. I definitely suggest cutting edge Cryo! They have so many treatments to choose from but I personally have been having issues with stubborn body fat in my arms, stomach, and leg areas.
