We were given a comprehensive tour of the facility, which is equipped with cold scented face towels, makeup wipes, hair ties, and anything else you may need to freshen up before or after your session! It was also very clean! Each room has a booklet describing all of the light therapy options and a TV to watch Netflix on which was so nice! They also provide towels to cover up in. It got up to 145 degrees in the sauna -- we had such a good sweat! Can't wait to come back!

The facility felt old and unclean, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy the experience. The massage was honestly the worst massage I've ever had. The sauna rooms were also surprisingly small and felt cramped. The food was another disappointment--the taste and quality were not good. One thing that really stood out to me was that the facility is shoeless for guests, yet I noticed employees walking around inside wearing their outside shoes. That felt inconsistent with the cleanliness standards I expected from a spa. Overall, the experience was not great, and I left feeling disappointed. There are definitely areas where King Spa could improve, particularly cleanliness, service quality, food, and overall attention to detail.

I remember it being a fine establishment for the price (10+ years ago). So seeing that they've recently renovated here I was curious and decided to go have a relaxing day. This place is not Korean and obviously not meant to be on par - it's a Chinese alternative and unfortunately cuts corners and costs wherever they can and it shows in how the reno was done. For 2 people it was close to $200 without any additional purchases. Issues 1) You put your shoes away in a small locker before proceeding to the main locker room. Typically in spas where you're forced to take off your shoes - the staff also do not where their personal outside shoes indoors. This was the first red flag. Everyone walks around in their normal shoes. You're basically walking behind them and stepping in all the filth from outside while being barefoot. I'm Asian, this is u acceptable. 2) A few pools indoors and out were inoperable because the caulk/sealant they used were coming off and floating around in abundance. I can't imagine what the pools with jets look like without the bubbles. You can see that the renovation was done hastily and someone even posted a picture of no permit work done. Concerning 3) In the men's area, the sauna was not hot. The steam room had a pungent paint/construction scent. Not something you'd want to breathe in for extended periods. 4) Saunas on the main floor had no identity to them. If you are used to going to other Korean spas, you will be familiar with each room actually having a unique healing property. How? You saw the bags of herb, you smelled it, the light sources were legit. Here each room is the same. The rooms with light therapy were cheap aliexpress strip led lights that didn't work in some cases. This place isn't worth the money. You can tell from an hour or two that no one really cares about the experience. It's a money grab.

I did the cryotherapy session on the highest level for 3-minutes and 30-second. While it was intense it's absolutely bearable, the feeling afterward was well worth it. After that I experienced the compression therapy, which I highly recommend for anyone with a desk job or who sits for extended periods it felt sooo good. The spa itself is immaculate and beautifully designed, it was clean which enhanced the overall experience. Given the quality of treatments and the professionalism of the staff, investing in a monthly package is a wise choice for those living nearby. Scheduling my appointment was easy and the employee told me what i needed to prep. The location is amazing! It's in the highly popular mockingbird station! She was great! I loved that they posted about their rigorous cleaning methods and that i actually saw it in person. We were the last ones for the day, so all of the cleaning supplies was out and they were cleaning everything! I love that so much! We were told we could listen to music as loud as we want since the cabins are soundproof. They had a TV for people to log into their nextflix to watch something while they sit. They provided us with towels, water bottles, and back rest. The host showed us the perks of the actual sauna- chromotherapy which allowed us to pick the color we wanted, the back lights just in case we wanted to read a book, and educated up on how to change the temperature. The experience-our sauna was set to 145 degrees, which was too high. Since I'm not used to it, i kept having to come out of the cabin to get into the cool air, when maybe i could have just lowered the temperature. It was a bit hard to sit through it, there was a point i was counting down the seconds for it to end. At the end of 45 minutes i was glowing, glistening, feeling refreshed. I did have a slight headache. They have a beauty bar in the back with cute goodies to use and to help get back to the real world . My overall experience was awesome! Don't drop the equipment or use Super heavy weights because one of the Staff members will ask you to not disturb the spa next-door. The music sounds depressing and it's played through an intercom system. But it's the only full gym on the side of town. It closes a little too early. You are sharing with Hotel guest. That may not know what they're doing. So I only maybe recommend it. The few positives include: You can probably find the equipment you're looking for. It's not overly crowded, unless there's a convention of annoying people in town like yesterday. They keep it clean. Generally, I feel it's overpriced for the value. But again, it's the only one on the side of town So get a tour and figure out if it's for you.

Page also discussed PIH with people outside the practice, and harassed me while refusing to refund me (claiming the clinic did not have the cash flow to reimburse me). All of these things occurred via email and her leaving me multiple voice messages so there was endless proof, otherwise, the gaslighting would have succeeded. There are tons of therapists in DFW. I highly recommend finding someone who is professional and client focused.
