Rough, too rough!! No warmup in the adjustment. I was injured in the second adjustment and decided never to go back. Have paid $89 monthly and didn't cancel before the 3rd of Sept thus please enjoy your $197 for 3 adjustments, one of which pulled something in my neck and causing pain for over a week. Don't know why these reviews are so high. Two different adjustments both too rough too fast and I've been seeing chiropractors for over twenty years. RUN ( just this location) I signed up for the wellness plan here knowing I could go to any The Joint locations while came back home. I then continued using it in my home city, completely forgetting I signed up here ( in coppell) I then found an integrative health doctor who also does chiropractic. I Went to my local store to end my wellness plan.. and was told Coppell was my home store, so I'd need to go there, OR They would allow me to email it in. I called the store to get their email address. And was told no, ma'am, you have to come in. You're not allowed to email the form in. I explained that I live over an hour away from them. Over fifty miles ONE WAY She stated I would still need to bring it in. I asked to speak to a manager and she said they might maybe make an exception. If you can prove you have a medical condition that would make that drive impossible. I said sure. I'm having intermittent episodes of pots and I'm diabetic. She asked if I could provide actual documentation of that. WHAT THE HECK. I have to give you a Doctor's note for you to not make me drive 112 miles( round trip) to come to your store.. What the heck is that about? You think you have the right to demand my private medical information? So I can cancel something with you without driving over a hundred miles?? ) I once again asked to speak to a manager, And was told sure she'll call you back. TLDR: This store only cares about their profit. They do not actually care about their patients. . To ask someone who found you while traveling to travel back over a hundred miles ( round trip) to cancel something is insane. To demand a doctor's note to accept A cancelation form in an email. I was having a back flare and of course my chiropractor is out of town. I had heard about the joint from one of my coworkers and decided to check it out because the price was pretty reasonable. I walked in and they have high chairs in the office so that you don't have to sit down low. That was the first positive thing because I was hurting. The nice young man in the front was very welcoming and sweet. I did not get his name, but I did comment on his cute nose ring. I came in on 11-4 if that helps determine who he is. I seen Adam today. He is definitely not bad on the eyes and this man is strong. I'm more on the plusher side and I felt like he had me....no problem. I know that a lot of people don't believe in chiropractics but I'm telling you. The type of pain I had going in verses what I feel now has significantly improved. He's knowledgeable and very patient when you are changing positions. He listens to your problems and is very reassuring that he's going to help get you feel better. He did some adjustments that my regular chiropractor has never done. I loved his whole vibe. I'm trying to be loyal and not cheat on my chiropractor but yeah I'm probably leaving. Lol. read more

Elizabeth Garlinton I initially discovered this place by driving by it. After doing my research I decided to try it out. My back pain comes from working in the restaurant industry for 20+ years. My first time going I was introduced to Dr. Garlington. She was really nice and professional. I will be honest if you have never been adjusted before it can be a little uncomfortable in the beginning. After she did her magic on me I felt like I did one I was a 21 years old. That first week I noticed I wasn't in pain and just had better postures. I came back again and decided to become a member. I have been going weekly now for almost 3 months. Dr. Choi is THE REAL MVP! He knows exactly what to adjust to make me feel 1000x better. I've been a member since 2015 and I go every single week for an adjustment. This place is super convenient. Since I now have kids, it's no longer easy to stop at the Chiro after work on the way home. At the joint (hah) I can stop in at anytime without an appointment over lunch or even right after work before I pick up the kiddos. They opened just recently so it's not busy, Ive never had more than one person ahead of me. It seems like there are two doctors at this place and they're both helpful and friendly. They like you to sign up for discount packages but so far they haven't put the high pressure sale on me. read more

I tried the Coppell location the other day and the experience was not so enjoyable. I am still in pain from the adjustment, a first in chiropractic care for myself. Terrible experience. As someone who has had a tendency towards low back issues for almost 20 years, I am absolutely an advocate for the healing benefits of chiropractics. I have been getting adjusted for many many years and have had some truly excellent chiropractors. This was by far the most ineffective and uncomfortable adjustment I have ever had. Dr Franz did not seem to care to hear anything I had to say and used techniques that startled me and caused even worse spasms in my back. She then proceeded to yank me up to a sitting position from laying flat on my back (I have enough experience to know that is a HUGE no no) rather than allowing me to roll on my side to push up, causing me even more pain. The receptionist was also slack and unprofessional. I recommend spending $6 more for a real adjustment down the road at Coppell Wellness. Dr Tomko is attentive and truly sympathetic and will perform a safe and effective adjustment that will actually yield positive results. read more

Dr. Green is a great doctor who is very attentive and will always remember your specific concerns. I have been to many chiropractors over the years and he is the first one to take time to address all your needs and concerns each visit, while giving you excellent care. He not only takes time to learn about your concerns, but is very knowledgeable and will mitigate your discomfort with swift and easy movements (some chiropractors I have seen are very 'jerky' and the adjustments can be somewhat uncomfortable). At first, I didn't think that the quick adjustments would allow for such personalized and thorough care, but after being a patient of Dr. Green's for a few months now I have definitely changed my mind. I have suffered years of major knee pain and back discomfort, but since I have been going to the Joint I am able to do more than I have in years. For years I have paid for the extra (costly) therapy that other chiropractor clinics recommend, yet haven't seen the results I have been experiencing from the Joint. I really do believe that regular adjustments make all the difference! I love the quick (yet thorough) adjustment and there is hardly ever a wait - unless it is at the end of the month. I also love that an appointment isn't necessary and I can stop by whenever it is convenient for me to do so. His staff is also very pleasant and always friendly. My husband has been dealing with back pain for a week. Finally tonight, he couldn't stand it anymore, and went for his 3rd ever visit to The Joint (3rd ever visit to any chiropractor anywhere). He was told the prices had raised to $40 visit. The last time he went, he brought me. I had never been to a chiropractor before. Afterwards, I didn't think the visit was worth it - all the chiropractor did was crack my back like I always do to myself. So he goes in & there's a different chiropractor working. He paid the new price, the chiropractor refused to crack his back saying it would strain HER shoulder because he's too big, cracked his neck instead & did some clickety clicking thing along his spine which did nothing, he felt nothing, didn't know what it even was supposed to do. He said it looked like a big syringe without the needle. He expressed his unhappiness with the appointment. Needless to say he left the building no better, no different, still in pain. We WILL not be giving anymore business to any location of The Joint. read more

Dr. Walter Green is an outstanding doctor with a lot of experience in both chiropractic care and massage. He is also very friendly and always eager to meet new people and explain the benefits of chiropractic care to people who may or may not have seen a chiropractor before. He loves to educate patients about how beneficial the care care be and how much it can improve their everyday lives. I get adjusted about two to three times a week, and suffer from high anxiety and panic attacks. The adjustments really help and give me a tingly sensation afterwords since all the toxins and pressure is being released from my body. They have really helped with my anxiety and my inability to focus. I highly recommend getting adjusted weekly, bi-weekly, or even monthly simply because it is such an amazing experience and it really can brighten you up on those long days when you get off work, back aching and throbbing. After a long day of hard work laying down on a nice soft padded adjustment table and having the doctor literally release all your stress. The best part about it is, the care is very affordable and very worth it. Note: Only one visit will begin the process of getting you back to where you need to be to be at %100. After having about 6 adjustments I really noticed the difference in the pain i was having in my lower back and neck from sports injuries. Go see Dr. Walter Green and let him give you the same great experience i had at The Joint. They also do fun things like drawings, prize wheels, and contests for the patients to make them feel appreciate and let them know that they care. read more

On the plus side, there are no long lines, the DC is never busy, there is usually no wait whatsoever, you can get right. All that is possible because the "clinic director" doesn't have a clue as to how to actually fix anything so why would people keep paying to come back? On my last visit, and by that I mean I won't ever be back here, I so badly wanted to warn the new patient signing his life away on a payment plan. I paid $40 for my last visit and I couldn't even get a Superbill to submit it on my taxes. Don't make my mistake Yelpers, avoid this joint! I tried to cancel my plan because I moved and there isn't a Joint. I called this office, since I had enrolled in a plan here. The "paperwork" I had to fill out never came to my email box and they tried to charge my credit card. Thank God I was one step ahead of them and had de-funded the card I'd used the night before it was going to be debited. Gotcha! By doing that they couldn't keep charging me. They did try, over and over. This location in particulate is a complete write off. The Monday float should have stuck to massage therapy where his genius is. At least incorporate your decades of massage therapy into something, anything, ...warm up a group of muscles before you start cracking. If your still interested in this location, and you want to audition the Dr, it's only $19 for your first visit. Just don't get sucked into a package or do anything where you give them your real credit card. PAY CASH. read more
