I have been going to Core Physical Medicine in Coppell for over 12 years and will continue to use them whenever I need any physical rehabilitation! I recently had a complicated rotator/bicep surgery & wouldn't have trusted anybody BUT Core Physical Medicine for my rehab. Today I worked with Dr. Michael Schnappauf and his breadth of knowledge @ my procedure was impressive. His whole team is very professional, educated, friendly and fun! Just because you're doing serious rehabilitation doesn't mean you can't enjoy the people and comradery around you. His office and staff are welcoming and make you feel comfortable! The treatments were good and the staff professional, however the billing and prescription practices are horrendous. They overcharged for treatments that could never have been done, and self-prescribed more treatments for my chail (minor) without clearing those with a) the prescribing physician, nor us the parents and responsible party. Don't send you children here without direct parental supervision and control over what is done vs what is billed and how treatments are extended without consent of the prescribing physician. The billing is done by Texas Surgical Hospital (in Plano) which has more complaints about their billing practices. I will certainly post there as well. read more

This place is awesome. They are diverse group of expert physicians that promote health care through integrated chiropractic care and physical therapy. My wife was referred here by our doctor and we weren't really sure what to expect. A desk job and lots of over time lead to back problems and other issues for her. Dr Mike and Marissa started a plan and through regular visits, my wife is stronger, so much more fit, and experiences less pain. In 10 months it's been a total transformation and I'm so thankful for everything they have done. Our entire family can't stop talking about how amazing it is. As a cyclist, I have a little back pain too and Dr Clark and Larissa are helping strengthen my core muscles, and I feel so much better. I'm a stronger cyclist now with more power in my legs and more strength in my chest and upper body, with less pain and shorter recovery periods. . I'd recommend anyone looking for help with a sports injury, car accident pain, work injury, knee, neck, or back pain to try Core Physical Medicine. They can also help you strengthen and condition your body for the future. The facility is really nice and very clean. It's easy to get to and in a convenient location. They have a nice selection of machinery to help in therapy, including a treadmill, a combo bike, an upper body cycle, a recumbent stationary cycle, lots of free weights, medicine balls, resistance bands, body weight straps, electrical simulation. They also do alter-g therapy and cold laser therapy too so they can help with any musculoskeletal disorder. They have coffee, water, and mints in the lobby too. The best thing about Core though is the people. Of course, everyone including Dr Ward and Dr Guerrero is really nice and friendly, but where you're getting the real value is in their expertise. They're some of the most brilliant minds in their fields. All of them are committed to your health personally and clearly strive to do what's best for you. You can't get better care. Talk to them and be open but be receptive when they're giving instructions and assigning "homework". They really do know what is best for you and can help with anything. They truly are life changing. Yes it might be costly or time consuming, however it has to be half the cost, half the time, and a lot less painful than surgery. If another doctor recommends surgery, please come see Core Physical Medicine for a second opinion. If surgery is unavoidable, they can help you recover with rehabilitation too! Tuesday and Thursday afternoons are busy, but they're open late Monday through Thursday, and they're very flexible with scheduling so they are available. They take my insurance which is awesome. Before I found Core, I tried to go to another place to get osteopathic care and they had awful customer service. Core Physical does not have this problem; Everyone at Core is friendly and actually cares about your treatment. This includes everyone from the front desk employees, to the Doctors on site, to everyone in between. The service here is fantastic and I am highly satisfied with my care. Highly recommended place for any chiropractic services and/or sports related injuries. Shout out to Ashlie, Marissa, Tyler, Donny and last but not the least Dr. Joseph Klotz. The entire team is extremely helpful, cordial and very concerned about the problem at hand. "Piece of cake" is what Dr. Klotz likes to refer to any problem he is presented with. I reached Core Physical Medicine plagued with a slightly torqued torso and under extreme pain. Dr. klotz was very patient during our 1st consultation and he immediately did his initial diagnosis. Dr. Klotz was able to get me 100% in just 4 visits. Every visit consisted of consultation with Dr. Klotz and a 10 min electric pulse massage session with Tyler to relax the muscles and hence reduce inflammation. My final session consisted of floor rehab with Donny who is very knowledgeable in terms of workouts and physical fitness. I am very satisfied with the way they have handled the whole scenario and I would definitely visit them every quarter to get myself fixed. read more

I was in Texas for a few weeks for work and couldn't decide on which chiropractor to see while I was in town. I was in a car wreck in California and needed some therapy while in Texas. Anyway I gave this place a chance and was impressed by the staff and how informative Dr. G was. Very nice facility and all the ladies and gents that worked there were all nice and helpful. Now that I'm back in California I wish I could go back for my therapy because the quality of therapy they provide is truly superb. I only went 4 times but each visit was pleasant.
