I started my chiropractic care due to a car accident back in 2024 with this chiropractor. After the accident was resolved, I decided to seek care from several chiropractors. The only reason why I left Dr. Dory is because she gave me anxiety cause every time I came in there she'd spoke so much about her personal problems involving her pelvic floor, constipation, blood work results and other personal problems. I couldn't even relax for my appointments . I told her months in for treatment that she was giving me anxiety, cause she was talking so much about other people's problems while she was adjusting my back. However, I stopped seeing her , decided to return for treatment to talk to her about her, venting "ALL" her personal problems to me because in all actuality, I didn't care because that's not why I came to a chiropractic appointment. However, we never got around to it. I was scheduled with her a couple times, but as a medical professional patients come first so I had to cancel by calling. I missed an appointment apparently on Wednesday. I never got a reminder text, but she decided to be petty and send me a certified letter dropping me as a patient not having all the information. Instead of calling me to inform me she wanted to act juvenile and send me a certified letter which I will not read because it's very unprofessional!! Actually, she did me a favor because I didn't wanna go in there and have to deal with all of her problems ... she has a new front desk, girl, very aggressive about insurance trying to pinch every penny out of me before I even come in there. THIS LADY RUNS HER MOUTH SO MUCH INSTEAD OF ADJUSTING YOU AND SHE GETS DISTRACTED! I have never in my life received a certified letter because I missed an appointment due to not receiving a reminder. She went on and on talking about how her automated system does work, but I didn't get a message . I hung up on her cause I'm not trying to hear all that . Never in my life have I received a certified letter because I missed a damn appointment . As an African-American woman, I know why she did that. Buyer beware ! read more

Dr. Dori is an amazing doctor who actually listens to her patients. I can't recommend her highly enough. I had chronic back and neck pain for years, for which I saw 3 different specialists, received 2 different injections, had multiple x-rays and MRIs, and physical therapy. Nothing worked. I felt like no one actually cared about my care and was just collecting money from my insurance to then pass me off to the next referral. It took one appointment with Dr. Dori to see I had a short leg and some structural abnormalities that could be fixed with some effort. I have 25% of the pain I used to have at this point. She listens intently and problem-solves with you. I never feel rushed and the office staff is always kind and welcoming. Very cute office, as well. Parking is plentiful. read more

Doctor Dori B. has been amazing. She gave me xrays and a comprehensive evaluation. They have a wonderful treatment room with various methods to assist in your treatment. She is also trained and licensed in pediatric care which has helped since my children were also diagnosed with whiplash after the wreck. She makes a great effort to fully explain the treatments and leave you feeling comfortable. The staff has been so friendly. so professional. My 3 year old son and I see Dr. B on a regular basis and always look forward to our visits. I've been to a few different places and this is by far the best. The last place I went I was in and out in about 8 minutes and never felt like anything was really adjusted. Here every thing gets put in place and then the table stations are awesome. I try to go about twice a month. The staff is very friendly. And they put up with my antics so that's a plus. I started going to Shine after my TMJ became too much for me to tolerate and they are amazing over there. They treat you like a real person and genuinely care about your wellbeing, not just how many appointments they can get you in for. Dr. Dori is a beautiful person and a magnificent doctor! I originally came to her (having minimal experience with a chiropractor) in June this year with back/neck pain. I couldn't look to the left. With just a few visits she had me feeling amazing. Shortly after that, I began training for my first half marathon. Needless to say, I woke up one morning with excruciating pain in my back/ribs which completely halted by training.
