However, one friend recommended me to see Dr. Nick, and he drives 25 minutes to see him! When I first contacted them, I was apprehensive. Chiropractors have various reputations and have been known to just be in it "for the easy money" but I'm going to go ahead and ease your apprehension here. From the very start, any and all questions I asked were answered as if I was the most important person! Not a single "dumb" question can be asked. Great customer/patient service. As far as the process, it's easy. You can download the intake forms, print and fill them out, scan them back in and email them so your first visit is quick and seamless. The first meeting with Dr. Nick is private and comforting; it's all about how he can help "fix" you! I went 3 days before the X-Ray machine was installed, but now they have on-site imaging that helps save YOU money! Once you agree on a plan, you can get to therapy right away with one of his amazing therapists! They're very professional yet personal. They all seem to know your name and seem to truly care! Bottom line: when I come here, the "Cheers" theme song comes to mind. "Sometimes you wanna go - where everybody knows your naaame... And they're always glad you caaame..." :) Also, two weeks into PT and I am already "out of the fog" of neck pain I was in, I am even better than I thought I needed to be (I didn't even know I had limited mobility in certain areas, I just thought it was normal!) and I still have quite a ways to go until my specific therapy is over. I can't wait to go here each day, but even more so, I can't wait to have a healed neck!

Neither Village Chiropractic or VRX Medical has contacted us about any balance owed. What a horrible way to do business and Village Chiropractic can be sure of one thing: we will never, ever use their services again! Turns out we owed them a co-pay that they failed to collect at the last visit. They had the wrong address recorded for her account--even though they had to make a copy of her drivers license and insurance card. They never called, they claim to have sent 2 invoices to the wrong address, and turned us into collections over $50 because of their failure to properly communicate. What a joke this place is! I am the kind of person who keeps my appointments and I let people know in plenty of time if there is an emergency. Well, I arrived at my appointment and found out the person who takes new patients called in sick and there was no one in the office who could help me for the day. I arranged and paid for childcare so I could be here. I think the company needs to consider a better system where they call patients before they come in. The person who called in surely had access to her calendar and could have let me know not to come. That's just common courtesy, right? I'm a public school teacher...and there is a whole system I have to go through if my children or I am sick. I can't just not show up. Imagine if you brought your kindergartener to school and they said, "I'm sorry, the teacher is sick today. You'll just have to take your child home today because there is no one to teach them. I have had severe and consistent neck pain for over 20 years. I have seen countless doctors and…read moreobtained many diagnostic feedbacks. I was told my pain could be from having a straight "military" neck. I read on a pain forum that this Doctor helps restore curvatures. So I made an appointment and took in my previously done MRI of the spine, MRI of my brain and an xray of my spine. Dr. Justin took the time to review the films. He said it would be easy to get the curve back in my neck. He gave me easy exercises to do and I see him twice a week (I bought an eight visit package). He does Applied Kinesiology during our treatments and he is so good at it, that he says out loud what he is doing. It sounds like a complex equation and it is working! The symptoms for both are extreme fatigue, muscle soreness... amongst other symptoms; but these were the ones that knocked me off my feet.
