Terrible customer service with no integrity. I made a new patient appointment on Monday. I got all kinds of reminders asking me to confirm my appointment. I am the kind of person who keeps my appointments and I let people know in plenty of time if there is an emergency. Well, I arrived at my appointment and found out the person who takes new patients called in sick and there was no one in the office who could help me for the day. I arranged and paid for childcare so I could be here. I think the company needs to consider a better system where they call patients before they come in. The person who called in surely had access to her calendar and could have let me know not to come. That's just common courtesy, right? I'm a public school teacher...and there is a whole system I have to go through if my children or I am sick. I can't just not show up. Imagine if you brought your kindergartener to school and they said, "I'm sorry, the teacher is sick today. You'll just have to take your child home today because there is no one to teach them. That doesn't happen, does it? Because we have integrity as educators. I wish the business owner also had integrity. read more

The inter time the lady's was bashing previous doctors and experiences and her ego couldn't allow an honest conversation. Worthless visit.

In town visiting family and stopped in and I'm glad I did! Dr. Stoltz was here but apparently she is usually at another location. She was so thorough and took the time to explain some easy jaw exercises for TMJ that no one has ever told me before. Great adjustment, feeling rejuvenated for the day! Worst customer service ever!! I just left there after the female Dr.told me my email, from them, was wrong and no good! She and the male Dr said there was no front staff today. Please be careful about this "The Joint" location. I used their service for sometime and terminated my account. However, they kept my credit card records and kept charging me for months together. When I raised this concern, there was no response at all and after many attempts their management informed that there was some problem with their call center and further tried to push some more service to me rather refunding the amount. After my continuous refusal, they finally refunded the amount after visiting the place personally The story doesn't end here. After couple months they again started charging my credit card. Again after my requests they informed that they have removed my records from their system one more time stating some problem with their IT department I am not 100% sure now and anxious if they start charging me again sometime. I am also not sure if my credit card records are removed permanently from their system. This is the 3rd time they are assuring me that my account is deleted and my information has been removed permanently from their system I am sure, I will not be the only victim of this type of unprofessional handling read more

This location is closer to my house than the previous location I used to go to, but I hate how unpredictable the wait time is. I can go in for an adjustment and be out in 5 mins, or wait over an hour to see the doctor for 5 mins. It also depends on which doctor I see as some of the docs aren't strong enough to adjust my back. Edit: the previous chiro has left and the new chiropractor is unable to adjust me sufficiently. I now drive over 30 mins to the Coppell location bc Dr. Alicia is amazing. read more

Dr Cannon is excellent. So kind and very knowledgeable and gentle. He uses the "activator" method on my neck which is more sensitive. Reception is kind of hit and miss. Sometimes no one is there. I wish they were open earlier. But Dr Cannon gives great care! read more

Dr. Kamaldeen is the best!!! I am a full time nurse (worked at the hospital for over a decade), and former drummer, so my back has been worn hard for many years. This results in back, neck, and headache pain. The biggest relief, thankfully, comes from chiropractic techniques. You come in for your first consultation with the Dr and he assesses where you're at, what you need, and how often. For example, I get spinal alignment once a week. But the coolest thing is after that, all you have to do is just pop in as needed whenever you want- no appointments needed. Those pop-in sessions are quick (~10min) and you're in and out. One of the best chiropractors that I've been to in years! I've been pretty athletic my entire life, but within the last few years I began having a tremendous amount of pain in my back, knees and neck. I attributed it to getting older and I figured I'd just have to deal with it. I began going to Dr. Holt and within a matter of a few weeks, I had my mobility back. Dr. Holt has a background in sports medicine. He introduced me to kinesiology tape in combination with my adjustments, and I'm able to do things that I haven't done in over 10 years. I coach gymnastics/tumbling, and I've even been able to tumble again myself, which is not something I thought I'd be able to do at 40 years old, and it's all thanks to Dr. Holt. I would highly recommend him for anyone who is suffering from back, neck, knee, wrist...heck, if you're suffering from any type of joint paint, go see him! Thanks Dr. Holt! read more

If I could give no stars, i would. I have a chronic neck problem due to my work and I need my neck adjusted about once a month. On my latest visit, there was yet another new chiro there, the 4th different that I've seen in a little over a year. I explained my problem but he felt my neck, said he felt nothing and REFUSED to adjust my neck. At this point, they had my $40 so he did a couple things to my back and stretched my neck. I asked several times for him to please, adjust my neck but he said he felt no problem and refused!! I was sent on my way in 3 to 4 minutes with no relief. My chiro closed his office about 1 1/2 years ago and I had hoped that The Joint would work for me. But sadly, their in and out in 5 minutes with lots of talking for $40 isn't working for me. People, go out and try independent chiros till you find one that you like, that's what I doing in the morning. And I'm calling and expecting a full refund form this joint in the morning!! read more

I was skeptical when I first went to The Joint in Flower Mound but I was desperate. Dr. Holt was fantastic! I'm moving and feeling better than I have in a long time. Also, with it being part of a chain, I was able to get help out of state at no additional cost after falling hard while skiing. I also love the more athletic approach that he takes with me. I injured my back while working out at the gym up the street and immediately called The Joint to see if they could check me out. I walked in and the front desk was extremely friendly, I believe her name was Tiara? Tinara?, she was VERY nice and even had no problem calling the Irving location to get my paperwork from months ago (I've been to The Joint one other time in Irving). Dr. Nevel was quick to pull us back and even let my two boys come back as well to make things easier. The doctor aligned my spine and was able to provide me more range of motion since I could barely move my neck coming in. She also diagnosed a muscle strain in my back and provided preventative measures in the future, ways to alleviate the pain until it healed, and suggested holistic methods instead of naming a bunch of medications. VERY PLEASED with my visit! Very grateful I could just walk in and pay less than $40 to help treat my gym injury! read more
