Everyone was extremely nice! However the entire establishment felt like a car dealership and I felt like I was being coerced into purchasing a lot of things that were not necessary. The emphasis on sales was soo pronounced. I feel like I was lied to about several things I was "diagnosed" with. Everyone was overly accommodating and trying to butter me up from the moment I walked in. Ultimately I was told I had herniated discs and the doctor read my X-rays as very problematic and he tried to convince me I needed to purchase their supplements and my condition was so severe that i needed care and decompression therapy 3x a week. The dr. tried to prescribe a treatment plan that would cost me thousands of dollars. They do not accept insurance. I went to another chiropractor 2 days later for a second opinion who examined me and found that most of my issues were simply from scoliosis and could best be treated with exercise and a cervical neck pillow worth $20 that I could buy online. They also strongly advised that decompression therapy could not benefit my situation, even possibly could be harmful, despite how strongly this clinic was encouraging it and stressing that it was necessary for my well-being. I am a young professional with two jobs and I felt strongly taken advantage of. They even suggested I take off work just to attend "treatment" here. While everyone was seemingly overly kind, I felt strongly that I was being scammed as I hope this can be seen through by other patients. The exam was also advertised as complimentary, however I am assuming because I declined further services, I was charged $165. Although everyone at the clinic was very nice, I do feel like this entire operation is a ploy to take money from unsuspecting clients. Please get a second opinion before giving this practice your money! read more

I have seen Dr Baugher for the last 5 years. When I first came I was in a lot of pain and could hardly walk. My sciatica nerve was a mess as well as a bulging disc in my back and one in my neck. Dr Baugher came in every day except Christmas for the next 2 weeks. As my pain lessened so did the number of visits. Guys, I am not kidding when I say Dr. Buyers is AMAZING! I haven't gotten my first adjustment yet, but I know he will make the experience amazing. Dr. Baugher's practice is nothing short of amazing. I came to Dr. Baugher with two herniated discs and had been taking pain pills for four months. In just two short weeks of taking Chondroflex (it rebuilds your disc, and was recommended) and decompression therapy three times a week, I felt almost no pain. It was crazy to not feel the pain I had felt every single day for about 8 months. I had required 10 weeks of intensive therapy and I still continue to go see him. They worked with me in terms of finances, because I did not have any money for this by any means, but its costed less than surgery. Not only was the therapy great, but the staff is amazing. By my second appointment, I was greeted by name. They most definitely make you feel like you are more than just a patient to them. I bring my 5 year old daughter who loves to come to therapy with me just so she can see the wonderful staff and hang out with them. I also received a care package from them recently when my uncle had passed, which they absolutely went out of their way to do. I'm giving this rating because I couldn't get past the slick sales pitch from the moment I walked in the door. Before receiving any treatment, I was escorted around the office and made aware of all of their awards and all of their contributions in the community, then I had to watch a video on chiropractic. While I appreciated the xrays and thorough exam by Dr Upchurch, I was very put off by the sales pitch that started my second visit. Dr Laughlin's explanation seemed very scripted, cookie cutter, and impersonal. Then I was escorted to the financial person and I felt like I was signing enough documents to buy a new house! I also didn't care for the sales pitch of their herbal products, which might be excellent, but I prefer to choose which products I use. I also felt pressured when I was asked to commit to a date for a lecture on chiropractic which included a free dinner at a local restaurant. In the lobby, there is a prominent sign asking for honest reviews on Yelp, with a prize for doing so. All in all, I decided not to pursue treatment with this clinic even though they are probably excellent. I prefer a less slick, more down to earth experience with less emphasis on social media reviews and money making. read more
