It is always a great treat to have an adjustment from Dr. Baugher. It is in and out, fast and effective. Even when I let too long go between sessions, I feel like it helps so much and no one ever gives me a hard time for not going more regularly. It is a happy, uplifting space. Does my spirit good too. Thank you all. read more

Best staff and chiropractor ever! EVERYONE at this office is kind, caring and genuinely concerned for you. They are also efficient and more than competent and their respective jobs. read more

Everyone was extremely nice! However the entire establishment felt like a car dealership and I felt like I was being coerced into purchasing a lot of things that were not necessary. The emphasis on sales was soo pronounced. I feel like I was lied to about several things I was "diagnosed" with. Everyone was overly accommodating and trying to butter me up from the moment I walked in. Ultimately I was told I had herniated discs and the doctor read my X-rays as very problematic and he tried to convince me I needed to purchase their supplements and my condition was so severe that i needed care and decompression therapy 3x a week. The dr. tried to prescribe a treatment plan that would cost me thousands of dollars. They do not accept insurance. I went to another chiropractor 2 days later for a second opinion who examined me and found that most of my issues were simply from scoliosis and could best be treated with exercise and a cervical neck pillow worth $20 that I could buy online. They also strongly advised that decompression therapy could not benefit my situation, even possibly could be harmful, despite how strongly this clinic was encouraging it and stressing that it was necessary for my well-being. I am a young professional with two jobs and I felt strongly taken advantage of. They even suggested I take off work just to attend "treatment" here. While everyone was seemingly overly kind, I felt strongly that I was being scammed as I hope this can be seen through by other patients. The exam was also advertised as complimentary, however I am assuming because I declined further services, I was charged $165. Although everyone at the clinic was very nice, I do feel like this entire operation is a ploy to take money from unsuspecting clients. Please get a second opinion before giving this practice your money! read more

I have seen Dr Baugher for the last 5 years. When I first came I was in a lot of pain and could hardly walk. My sciatica nerve was a mess as well as a bulging disc in my back and one in my neck. Dr Baugher came in every day except Christmas for the next 2 weeks. As my pain lessened so did the number of visits. Eventually I went on a once a month maintenance program I maintain that to this day. I rarely miss because being pain free and healthy is my #1 priority at this stage of my life. Thanks to my former boss for recommending Dr Baugher. And thanks to you Dr Baugher and your wonderful staff. read more

I have had a fantastic experience at The Spinal Decompression and Chiropractic Center! All of the staff has been friendly, and I feel like a valued part of the family. There I'm treated as more than just a patient; the doctors ask questions about my family and my life, and share how they're doing as well. The care I have received has been outstanding. I came in with serious pain deep in my hip--I thought for sure it was a tendon issue and that chiropractic may not help. However, with the care I've received from Dr. Baugher and Dr. Laughlin the pain in my hip is almost 100% gone! I highly recommend this office. read more

Excellent chiropractic services! The doctors are very kind and personable. The staff is professional and courteous. When I first started seeing Dr. Baugher, I was scheduled to come in twice a week, then once a week, then every 2 weeks (for the first few months). After initial treatments, I was moved to maintenance of once per month. I look forward to my monthly visit and love the great "stretch" I get from the spinal decompression services. I feel so much better! read more

Service went up 126% with advance NOTICE 126%! That would be equivalent to gas suddenly costing us $8 / gallon. Who does that?

Very pleased with the Spinal Decompression Center! I was a former patient that fell off the wagon when my work schedule changed and I was unable to make appointments. I returned to this office after a being involved in a horrific car accident. Dr. Baugher welcomed me back with open arms and made it a point to squeeze me in for an adjustment when he heard the news. I am so grateful for the spectacular care and customer service this office provides. I know I am in good hands! Thank you!! read more

Dr. Baugher and Dr. Laughlin are fabulous! I had chronic neck pain for years. It was a dull throbbing ache I lived with. I couldn't turn my head all the way to the left, and could not find a way to get rid of the pain. Then I was referred to Dr. Baugher! They didn't just do things, they took x-rays, analyzes them, ran tests, asked questions, LISTENED and then proposed a plan that was modified to fit into my budget, and my life! Every visit I had I could tell I was better! Better motion, less pain, more movement and better quality of life! I am so grateful to have been recommended to The Spinal Decompression and Chiropractic Center and Dr. Baugher and Dr. Laughlin! read more

The Spinal Decompression & Chiropractic Center - Almost time for the adjustment ! - Chiropractors Near Me - Denton, Texas

Guys, I am not kidding when I say Dr. Buyers is AMAZING! I haven't gotten my first adjustment yet, but I know he will make the experience amazing. He's very personable and his sense of humor is awesome. The other Dr, Dr. L (I don't remember his full name) is amazing and so polite and very knowledgeable and has a sense of comfort around him. Everyone that works there is so polite and they work with you on payment plans. They are truly more interested in helping you and not the paycheck. I've never had a bad experience and I don't think I ever will. read more

I have been seeing Dr Baugher since 2006, when I had a pretty bad car wreck and did some damage to my spine... he and his staff have been an absolute god send and life saver to my comfort level and spinal health! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my back! read more

Very thorough and professional! ...yet the staff is fun. You can tell this is a great choice as a patient by how the staff is. I like that they developed a plan for me specific to my needs. Each visit is not a generic adjustment but catered to my plan and my needs. I recommend going to the informational meetings. I learned a lot there about how chiropractic care can help my quality of life even if I don't have an injury. I think people only seek care when they've had an event. read more

I have had horrible lower back pain for as long as I can remember. 1 year ago I reached the peak of my pain where I had days I could barely walk and even sitting still was uncomfortable. I was skeptical of chiropractic and went to other doctors and they would just give me medications and talk about the likeliness of needing surgery! I gave the spinal decompression center a chance and started an adjustment treatment. I'm now on regular maintenance coming once a month and my lower back pain is almost completely gone! Dr. Baugher is hilarious too and all the employees are so sweet and you know they all really care about you. I'm so grateful that I came and gave it a shot, best decision I could have ever made. read more

Dr. Baugher's practice is nothing short of amazing. I came to Dr. Baugher with two herniated discs and had been taking pain pills for four months. In just two short weeks of taking Chondroflex (it rebuilds your disc, and was recommended) and decompression therapy three times a week, I felt almost no pain. It was crazy to not feel the pain I had felt every single day for about 8 months. I had required 10 weeks of intensive therapy and I still continue to go see him. They worked with me in terms of finances, because I did not have any money for this by any means, but its costed less than surgery. Not only was the therapy great, but the staff is amazing. By my second appointment, I was greeted by name. They most definitely make you feel like you are more than just a patient to them. I bring my 5 year old daughter who loves to come to therapy with me just so she can see the wonderful staff and hang out with them. I also received a care package from them recently when my uncle had passed, which they absolutely went out of their way to do. When it comes down to the therapy, Dr. Baugher's kindness and sense of humor, and the wonderful staff, I can say for sure that I made the best decision to bring my business here and become a healthier version of myself. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to relieve pain in a non invasive, cost effective way. read more

I'm giving this rating because I couldn't get past the slick sales pitch from the moment I walked in the door. Before receiving any treatment, I was escorted around the office and made aware of all of their awards and all of their contributions in the community, then I had to watch a video on chiropractic. While I appreciated the xrays and thorough exam by Dr Upchurch, I was very put off by the sales pitch that started my second visit. Dr Laughlin's explanation seemed very scripted, cookie cutter, and impersonal. Then I was escorted to the financial person and I felt like I was signing enough documents to buy a new house! I also didn't care for the sales pitch of their herbal products, which might be excellent, but I prefer to choose which products I use. I also felt pressured when I was asked to commit to a date for a lecture on chiropractic which included a free dinner at a local restaurant. In the lobby, there is a prominent sign asking for honest reviews on Yelp, with a prize for doing so. All in all, I decided not to pursue treatment with this clinic even though they are probably excellent. I prefer a less slick, more down to earth experience with less emphasis on social media reviews and money making. read more
