I missed an appointment apparently on Wednesday. I never got a reminder text, but she decided to be petty and send me a certified letter dropping me as a patient not having all the information. Instead of calling me to inform me she wanted to act juvenile and send me a certified letter which I will not read because it's very unprofessional!! Actually, she did me a favor because I didn't wanna go in there and have to deal with all of her problems ... she has a new front desk, girl, very aggressive about insurance trying to pinch every penny out of me before I even come in there.
