I go to Shilpa here and I love her more than my trapz do. My appts usually last about an hour to an hour and a half based on how my back is doing. Never a wait when I get there. Chiropractic therapies include heat therapy, TENS unit, massage, and the physical adjustments. Shilpa's always been great and showing some exercises and stretches I can do at home. Jessenia, the massage therapist, is fantastic and also gives great feedback on what I can do better to keep my muscles relaxed. My experience here has been nothing short of expectation. I was hesitant about seeing any other doctors, but finally a friend encouraged me to see a chiropractor. During the first appointment Dr. Bedichek took an X-ray and assessed the injury. The goal of my treatment was always to permanently fix the problem, so he mapped out a three month plan that moved from fixing the problem to focusing on the problem not coming back. Each session he's adjust my hip if it needed it then show me exercises to do to strengthen the associated muscles. I definitely was skeptical at times. My hip had been in that position so long that the muscles freaked out once we started the adjustments, so the first few weeks the pain was actually worse. After that subsided we came to the issue that my hip wouldn't stay in alignment after the adjustments. Dr. Bedichek listened to my issues and what helped with the pain and suggested changes to my muscle strengthening regime. By the end of the three months I was able to run again! My muscles continue to have some tightness, but based on Dr. Bedichek's suggestion, I've continued strengthening and stretching and it's steadily gotten better.

Showed up at 4:07 and the building is locked up tight with lights out. Yelp says they're open until 6pm as does their website. The bot is scheduling appointments, but the office is closed. They overcharged for treatments that could never have been done, and self-prescribed more treatments for my chail (minor) without clearing those with a) the prescribing physician, nor us the parents and responsible party. Don't send you children here without direct parental supervision and control over what is done vs what is billed and how treatments are extended without consent of the prescribing physician. The billing is done by Texas Surgical Hospital (in Plano) which has more complaints about their billing practices. I will certainly post there as well.
