I loved our conversations together and my neck has never felt better. My quality of life has definitely improved from where I was before to after our appointments together. For context, I used to wake up with neck pain every morning, to the point where going to bed was often painful even with the thinnest of pillows -- I often had to fall asleep on ice packs to get through the pain. I also had/have chronic migraines and was in a car accident prior to meeting Dr. Ali, so my neck and back were in rough shape. I also have been an athlete since I was 5, so I'm sure that didn't make it easy on her either! She was able to immediately diagnose some of the issues I had from built up wear and tear and start me on a program for recovery. She also made the whole process so easy with the insurance from the person who hit me. She took care of it all and I only had to worry about showing up to our appointments. I never had to worry about prices and sending forms back and forth with the insurance. Not having that additional stress with fighting insurance alone was super helpful. My quality of life has definitely improved after having Dr. Ali both as a physical therapist and a chiropractor -- it's not often we find someone capable of doing both in one appointment! She also would cater the care to my body's needs and how I was feeling. There were times where my neck was too sensitive for the typical chiropracty, but she had tools that made the process so much better -- decreasing my pain levels without adding to it. The tools she had were definitely a game changer. She would also change the procedures to fit my improvements or alter them for my needs at the time. I came in after going on a walk/hike started hurting my hips, and she was able to adjust them as well to relieve that pain too. She and I had great conversations where she would check in on me and remember things going on in my life and see how she could improve my conditions. She made me feel like I had her not only as a doctor, but also as a concerned friend. I really felt like she was doing her best to take care of me in every way. I only wish the best for her and look forward to seeing the growth of her business! If I ever have issues and need physical therapy or chiropracty again, I would definitely go to her again. I went in to see Dr Kelly. Now just because she is a petit lady.... don't think that she can't worked that back and neck that has been causing you issues for the past couple months. For me, she was a miracle worker. Dr Kelly even took care of my hips which I didn't even know I had an issue. But with some type Kung Fu move, she allowed me to have a greater range of motion with my hips. In addition, my back got INSTANT relief... and my neck that was in pain was dramatically reduced just on the first visit. The location is off of Central Expressway and Arapaho... and they have a very nice clinic that is clean and very well taken care of.

Personally, I prefer to find a health practitioner who practices healthy choices too. These toxic drinks are on the same level as smoking. I'm still on my journey to find a practitioner who practices healthy living as that's important to me.

I have been going to get adjustments since it opened with most recent visit being 11/29/23 from Dr.Tim Nawrocki. He is very knowledgeable and not rough like some chiropractors. He's also friendly, punctual, and caring too. I notice that my back and neck always feel better when I keep regular visits. Another amazing experience about this office is it's so easy to book your appointments. If your like myself and only remember things after hours or if you love texting verses calling or both they have an app which is very convenient! I love it and they text you 48 hours before your appointment then 24 hours then on the day of so you don't forget or you have time to cancel because I was getting to that next, they will charge you a fee if you cancel appt last minute but they will work with you as far as if an emergency were to come up so they aren't going to just profit on you being late but they make it hard for you to be late with the reminders. lol! Last but not least, it is not inexpensive but it's totally worth it when your pains start to ease up and you start to feel better. I used to think how can a chiropractor really work on you in 15 min or less but they can if they know what they are doing!
