Trevor's review was more accurate than any others. My specific requests to my arm and neck were disregarded. I needed my neck pulled straight into alignment and she cracked it from left to right. I have been bedridden for the last two days and have sharp pain in my neck and back. Today being my birthday, I've had to cancel all plans because of this. It seemed like she was treating me effortlessly, considering my fingers were the only other thing she could crack, which now I'm glad. She could've seriously made things worse for me. This place was awful and I would never go back! I came in on a Sunday morning after tweaking my back since my regular chiropractor is closed on the weekends. I heard ads for this place on Spotify, and decided the give it a go, and boy do I regret it. The woman who adjusted me was rude, had no bedside manner, and zero compassion for my pain. There was no consultation, which the website said there would be. The lady asked me get down on the table without asking ANY questions about my pain, or assuring me that the adjustment would be helpful. When I asked her what she was going to do (pardon me for wanting to know what was going to happen to MY body), she seemed annoyed. She also couldn't directly answer my questions regarding how the adjustment would help my lower back pain. I should have walked out right there and then. No clinician should shy away from a patients question, and especially not dismiss it. The actual adjustment would rough, painful, and didn't help at all. I felt uncomfortable the entire time because I didn't feel safe with the clinician. This place feels like a factory where they simply "crack" you and walk away. There is no sophistication to the approach, nor do the people seem to know what they're doing. Beware dear reader, and go somewhere else. I've been getting chiropractic care for sports injuries since I was in high school. I initially wasn't going to write a review because I didn't have a great experience my initial 2 visits to this Joint clinic. The first time I came in, the male doctor who adjusted me asked my name, and that was it. There was no consultation or exam - he just went straight into giving me a basic adjustment he probably uses on everyone. I didn't feel better when I left, so I went back a few days later. The female doctor who adjusted me this time did ask questions and check me over, but she wasn't able to adjust me very well. She tried to move my neck in the same direction 3 or 4 times with no pops. It really didn't feel great during or afterwards. She tried another move and still couldn't get it to adjust, so we just gave up. Those appointments were several months ago, and I decided to give them another try when I came back in town this week. This time, I was adjusted by Dr. Wyatt, and it was perfect. He asked questions and checked out my back before doing anything, and actually listened when I made requests on position, adjustment style, etc. He got everything moving and cracked, and I felt significantly better when I left. If you're going to this location, I highly recommending seeing Dr. Wyatt. read more

If you like to be taken advantage of, robbed, mistreated or invalidated, this is the place for you. They are a factory chiropractor with no real skill. Which is why they treat you like cattle. The receptionist is apparently so "woke", she is the only one that matters and could care less about people in pain. The "chiropractors" have little empathy and no ability to provide a positive environment. August 4 2023 I was adjusted by a doctor at this location. He did not tell me his name but had salt and pepper colored hair. I stood up from the adjustment and fell down immediately from dizziness. The doctor told me the dizziness would go away and I would be sore. A week later I was still in extreme pain and went to the emergency room. The ER visit cost me over $2500 so far after insurance paid. I am awaiting to see a neurologist because the dizziness still is prevalent. I have notified this doctor of what happened several times and they refuse to contact me back. They removed my review on Facebook. I can not recommend a doctor facility that does not care about their patients. read more

I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE anyone with serious injuries go here. Idk what this is but it's simply NOT a chiropractic office. More like a back crack shop... 2 stars for friendly staff and no wait time. 0 stars for actual service provided. I went in with severe pain of my lower back, hips and difficulty walking/standing straight. I explained to the doctor Bennet that I had an injury over 4 years ago along with deep scar tissue around the area. I also explained that I was wearing a waist trainer for support and as I was getting ready to take it off, he said I didn't need to... WHAT?! First waving red flag for me. He didn't even inquire about the type and material of the waist trainer... Waist trainers are very restrictive, so why he thought he could adjust my back with a waist trainer on, defeats me... Anyway, we began my "adjustment" and my entire appointment lasted all of 5 minutes tops. For a patient with sciatica and possible nerve damage, this is just not enough. I will say I did NOT receive an adjustment but rather a back cracking, one which I can do by myself on a yoga mat, at home, for free. I did not feel better, but he said I looked more mobile... I smirked, carried my bag and left. By evening yesterday I began to feel strain in parts of my shoulders I did not feel before... I never expect immediate relief with Chiro visits, but to feel worst?!! While super friendly, Dr. Bennet did not take the time to listen to my concerns or really try to understand what was going on with me... I guess you have to come in a wheel chair to be taken seriously... It was a cookie cutter service and that's how people get hurt! At the end, he recommended I come in twice a week for 2 more weeks... I have been avoiding the chiropractor for months now because the idea of having my bones popped terrified me. Well, my boyfriend and I decided to give this place a try today since we have both been experiencing neck pain. Hayley working the front desk was phenomenal! She has an uplifting attitude and was very helpful in calming my nerves. HOWEVER, Dr. Kaur was not at all pleasant. She was short with me during the "assessment" and was rude when instructing me. Not to mention she scoffed when I expressed how nervous I was. My boyfriend said she acted the same way with him. On his paper work he noted that his knee was really bothering him and she didn't address that at all. Thank you to Hayley for being so kind but we will not be returning to this location. read more

I like getting adjusted at this location. I feel like it's a more thorough adjustment and I feel physically way better after as compared to other locations. One thing I didn't like: I do not get adjusted on a regular basis so I pay per visit. Every time I come here I feel like I have to fill out new patient paperwork and is a hassle. I come to the joint for that "quick stop adjustment," and I feel like I spend just as much time here as a regular chiropractor my insurance accepts. Just food for thought. read more

I starting off thinking this was a great idea, but the automatic renewal program is the biggest scam in the world. They charged my card for the renewal twice, but I didn't not realize that the sessions expire after only a month. With Covid I hadn't been going in as much. I was basically charged $150 with no service in return because all of my sessions expired. If you can stay on top of it and go literally once a week WITHOUT FAIL, then it MIGHT be worth it, but for them to expire after 30 days is kind of ridiculous -especially since you don't get your money back for not using them. You don't even get a partial refund. I literally just GAVE them $150 for absolutely nothing in return. I'm sure some would ask why I didn't cancel the automatic renewal. Well, because I called to cancel it and for whatever scamming reason, you have to come into the facility to sign a form rather than doing things online or over the phone. Right after calling and finding this out, we had a snow storm and I wasn't able to drive there to cancel. I let it slide and thought to myself, "oh well, when I get some time to go, at least I will have all these visits on my account....." NOPE! THE JOKE WAS ON ME. . If you still decide to go after after reading this, have fun with them, I'll be at a real chiropractor -one that won't take my money like this. I feel robbed, paying for a service I never received. While there was healing an improvement, there was also waiting, paperwork, insurance, scheduling and a many things I did not need but was paying for. NONE of that here. You walk in. My fiancé showed me this company a month ago and I went to the location in Dallas off Preston and was very happy with the service and time spent learning about what I need. I was even more happy to find out they were building one right around the corner from my house. I have also been to the location in Frisco and in very happy with my new location by the house. They are very caring and efficient and take the time to ask you how you're feeling and if anything new has came up. You are usually in and out in less than 15 minutes. this place is amazing！ I am pregnant now so I have to sleep on one side every night. One day when I woke up my upper back area was so pain that I can't even did a deep breath, two days later the situation was not only changed but more serious, my ribs were also pain when I was breathing! So I went to this place, the doctor (sorry I forgot the name) she just did some work on my upper body then i feel relieved! This won't hurt my baby! Today I went to the joint again to do the neck adjustment, because my neck has abnormal point for years, and I did the X-ray before,i have been told that my curvature of the cervical spine is stiff. i did yoga and some neck exercises but the abnormal bump was no change until I went to The Joint, the Doctor just spent 1 minute or even less, then He said " it's even" Omg! I've went here a total of 2 times. About a year and a half apart the first time I went the gentleman took his time and was very smooth and affective. This recent time it was a very bad experience. After filling out the paper work that was pointless because It wasn't even reviewed before the adjustment,Must be just for show. The gentleman who adjusted me this time was very rough and seemed to just wanna turn and burn for more bodies. Unlike my first adjustment this one was rushed and did more damage than help. It's been a week since I've gone and my lower back (one of the adjustment areas) has not stopped burning. It's extremely uncomfortable and has not went away so not only was the adjustment a waste of money I have to go elsewhere to fix the damage they did that will cost me more money. I have been seeing Dr. Bennett for awhile now, I used to go to the Hebron location in West Plano to see Dr. Davis and he was AMAZING! But since I didn't work out there anymore it was just too far for me to travel to. So when they opened this location I took the chance and tried different doctors and just wasn't sure if they would compare to Dr. Davis. Dr. Bennett changed that for me. I don't prefer to give the other doctors a chance unless I absolutely have to because Dr. Bennett knows my body and always knows where I usually am in pain. I highly recommend him and this location if you ever want to try them out! I recommend getting a membership is you might use them consistently! read more

I went here for some time, seeing Dr. Bennet, and it was great. But because they don't directly bill your insurance, I figured I'd go to a regular/non-walk-in chiropractor. Well after spending an hour at a regular chiropractor, mostly waiting to be seen, and then not even getting an adjustment because they wanted me to get x-rays first, I realized how good The Joint is. I can be in-and-out in 10 minutes. And the adjustment might be quick, but it is as good as I've gotten anywhere else. And if you didn't know, you don't have to go on a monthly plan, you can just buy a single visit, or a pack of 10, for around thirty bucks a visit. read more

BEWARE! This place encourages you to sign up for a "deal" then proceeds to charge your card every month. There is no verbal communication regarding this monthly charge. When I called to get a refund I was told I would have to come into the facility to cancel my account. When I arrived, the receptionist told me I was not guaranteed a refund and instead she offered to freeze my account. I did NOT want to continue any services there and I am absolutely disgusted by the way they handle business. It is a sneaky tactic and completely unprofessional. A simple verbal notation could have taken place when I was offered the package the first time, or any of the four times I returned for my inital paid visits, for that matter. But when comes to cancellation...it's a whole different story!! Not that I have to take time off to go in to cancel, they offer just freezes the account.
