Chiropractor care has always been a tricky slope for me because of good experiences and some bad ones. Doctor Ashley and her staff have set the bar higher after starting my treatment. I came into her office a complete mess...couldn't turn my head side to side, but a few months later I feel so much better. Kenz is an awesome fixture at the front desk. Always good adjustments and excellent overall feeling afterwards. read more

Had questions about the process and the young lady at the front desk was beyond helpful and friendly

I have been coming here for about 4yrs. They have definitely improved my quality of life, as before I used to be in constant and unimaginable pain along my upper back , neck and spine. They have truly changed my life, and they're all soo nice! I look forward to coming here every week! read more

STAY AWAY! First of all, big cult vibes. Second, there's no way this is safe! I was going to leave it alone, but they keep calling me despite request not to and it's not okay. I've never had such a deeply unpleasant experience as I have here. Went in for a new patient set of 2 appointments as I was having neck pain, scan went fine, although it seemed weird that the dr I spoke to on intake was not the doctor I saw on the 2nd visit. The first appointment they just do the scan. Why they split up the appointments I don't know but it seems like a deeply disrespectful approach to customer's time. 2nd visit was awful. They bring you into a room with other patients and YELL about why chiropractic treatment is good, claiming that we need it (trying to instill fear as a morally defunct sales tactic), and talking down to you the whole time. They also take a snake-oil approach claiming that it can cure EVERYTHING. It might help with neck pain, but it's not going to 'cure' someone's ADHD. Any statement of doubt or concern is responded to with more yelling (they have not heard of inside voices) and doubling down on 'the neck is connected to everything so this will fix everything" like a cult. Notice the don't actually explain what they will be doing to your body during this "explanation". I tried to raise awareness of some non-neck related concerns at this point, I wanted them to be gentle around my abdomen for reasons. This concern was brushed off with more receptive language. They also VERY aggressively tried to sell me on supplements and were incredibly rude when I explained that I was already on dr prescribed vitamins + meds and did not want to add more pills to that; dismissing any concern because "ours are better". Briefly tried the "adjustment", after very very uncomfortably pressing loud large metal parts of the bench into me (ignoring my ask to be gentle around my abdomen) the lady cracked my neck very roughly and loudly. I had NOT consented to this! And it had NOT been explained that this was what would happen. I left, I was so angry I could hardly speak and told them to not contact me again. They ignored that too. This kind of quack pseudo-science fix everything snake oil cure is why people end up paralyzed or worse from these places! I do not for a second believe that the people working here have any kind of medial training. They do have plenty of sales/cult training. DO NOT GO HERE or anywhere similar!!!!! Find a licensed physical therapist instead! (Also they claim they will be covered by insurance, they are not.) read more

Where to start? The staff and doctors are superstars . Friendly, caring, flexible and always with a smile on their face. The facilities are always clean and comfortable. I have felt better since the first visit and their plan of wellness is all encompassing for a better quality of life. read more

100% Chiropractic - Richardson - Warm welcome! - Chiropractors Near Me - Richardson, Texas

Dr. Courtney, Dr. Luis, and the staff are amazing! I have been going here since December 2021 and haven't been disappointed. Everything is personalized to you. Each time you go in for an adjustment they have your file up on the computer to review and to make notes on. Each person gets the adjustment that is specific for them. Add in massages and stretch sessions it is a one stop shop for your body. Everyone is very positive, kind, and invested in your well-being. Now I've seen some reviews about the pricing. If you actually look at all that is included it is worth it. read more

I love it here! Dr. Luis and his staff are super amazing! They truly care about the patients and are not at all hell bent on money. Every time I get an adjustment each week, I feel like I'm in Heaven. They're also very educative friendly, so they will teach you about what exactly is going on with your spine and how it affects other parts of your body and your everyday life. Unfortunately, I will have to return here on my own because my insurance limit has ended. But I cannot wait to be back very soon! read more

I have been to other chiropractors in the past and have not been helped as much as I have been here. They really help you overall. I didn't even know how many symptoms were caused by a bad neck/spine. I have already gotten rid of headaches and have more mobility now. Courtney and Dr.Luis are the best. read more

All they care about is sales and money. I bought the GroupOn and was seen here years ago. I had an instinct once I was given a presentation and felt very pressured to buy a package. The doctor gave off a bad vibe. I even had to block their phone number because they called incessantly. Terrible experience that still left my mouth with a bad taste years later. read more

This is the timeshare sales of chiropractic care. 1st appointment x-rays and telling 3 different office individuals your symptoms as well as completing an intake form. After x-rays and "meeting the chiropractor" you are then sent to another room to "share your history" with another employee and basically she asking you again about your pain and how meeting goals would benefit your quality of life. 2nd appointment you go into another room for classroom type presentation asking you question as if you are a student there to learn, so you according to them can "understand" treatment. I walked out it was a red flag for me. This was a waste of time I came there for treatment, instead I receive a sales pitch that reminded me of a timeshare presentation at a resort. Tour of the facility, pictures of the happy customers, and then the Powerpoint in a room with other customers. They didn't need to sell me on anything my insurance was paying a 100%. I wished I read the other reviews prior. I feel like the strong sales tactics subtracts from their credibility and trustworthiness as a medical provider. read more

I love this place ! The staff here is amazing & super friendly. Coming here feels like a second home to me. 10/10 best chiropractic therapy

An intense sales based performance. It was very obvious that it was a rehearsed and very generic. It honestly made me very uncomfortable. The doctor kept asking me if I wanted "to get better" and really played out the fear factor. They also were incorrect with my insurance benefits. When I called the insurance company myself I found a lot more of the services would be covered than listed in this contract of theirs. read more

I love coming to see Dr. Luis, Dr. Courtney and their entire staff. I always feel like part of the family & they take very specific care of me. I always feel and function better when I leave! Thank you! read more

Easy to get in. Friendly staff. Clean and organized. Explains everything well and I'm looking forward to continuing services with them.

I love this place they are very family oriented and treat me just like their family. I have severe scoliosis and had been living in pain my whole life and they are helping to live pain free . We are still working on it but it's getting so much better . They are also great about working with my traveling for work schedule. read more

Dr Luis was very loud and sales-driven. I had to ask him multiple times to not yell as I was standing only a few feet away, I also had to ask multiple times for him to wear a mask and why he wasn't enforcing masks, he continued to argue that they do nothing to stop covid. His demeanor and sales pitch was a huge turn off. I do not recommend going to see him. read more

I was given a groupon as a gift for a package that had a consultation, 4 adjustments and a massage with 100% Chiropractic. I called and set up my consultation and was able to be seen the same day. The office is really nice and the staff is very friendly. I have had chronic back and shoulder pain for many years and I have noticed a change for the better after just one session. I highly recommend 100% Chiropractic! read more

So far it's been great. I don't know about any high sales pressure but they make you aware of your current status with X-rays and what needs to improve. No one should be twisting and cracking your bones without it so of course you don't get adjusted the first day. I love the monthly massage and the follow up X-rays I can't wait to see the change. Feeling great! Dr. Louis and his staff are very friendly and accommodating. Thanks! read more

I have been to this location three times now, and to be honest with you the doctor is pretty well they did not over due it. The whole process was very informative. I don't like the fact that they keep trying to push me into signing up for a treatment plan. That was pretty tiring. The massage therapy was amazing ! read more

So far, so good. Found an amazing deal on Facebook for 3 appts at $21. Went in for my 1st visit - to discuss treatment and take xrays. The office is beautiful and very clean. Olivia is the sweetest and i love her spunk. Dr. M was very informative. I They are very flexible with their appt times and even got me rescheduled to an earlier date due to a cancellation. Cant wait to get my adjustments! read more

Dr. Luis and Dr. Courtney are amazing!' I've been to many chiropractor but no one has ever cared or been as informative as 100%. The office stuff is just as sweet and caring. I wouldn't go anywhere else. 10/10 recommend read more

They worked hard at trying to sell you from the moment you come for your first appointment. Each person on the team has a role. I also found that they weren't trying to sell me a package that was not in my best interest. For example, they told me that their 4K package works out to be $65 per visit and that my insurance pays $75 per visit so it's best for me to pay out of pocket. They want you to pay the whole 12 months up front. There are a couple of problems with their logic. First insurance companies will pay a lower rate if that's the bill they send (my old chiropractor did this). Also, once my deductible is is met, my insurance will cover 90% of chiropractic. If I'm paying up front, not through my insurance, it's not even going towards my deductible. How is that in my best interest. They are selling the package so they don't have to go through your insurance company. Beware. read more

I bought a groupon for a consultation, x Ray, massage, and four adjustments. The priced seemed pretty good considering all that was included. Thus far I've only had my consultation but I was impressed by the friendly and customer-centric atmosphere. There was a chalk board on the counter welcoming the appointments for the day which included my first name and a few others. I like that they insist on x rays and consultation first to ensure that the care they provide will be the right treatment program. The office is clean and comfortable. I'm excited to go back and see how the rest of the treatments go. read more

Intense sells based practice. It gets uncomfortable. The selling, follow up, office presentations, phone calls and unnecessary time discussing the fear factor regarding not buying their packages is annoying. Its not care based but money driven. Office practices dont seem genuine. Examples and testimonies were generic. read more

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. However they require two separate appointments before you can get your adjustment. Also they require you to get X-rays of your spine. This is unnecessary if you have not had any trauma, however they will not see you without imaging. Not only is this costly, but it is unnecessary radiation exposure. read more
