Each time you go in for an adjustment they have your file up on the computer to review and to make notes on. Each person gets the adjustment that is specific for them. Add in massages and stretch sessions it is a one stop shop for your body. Everyone is very positive, kind, and invested in your well-being. Now I've seen some reviews about the pricing. STAY AWAY! First of all, big cult vibes. Second, there's no way this is safe! I was going to leave it alone, but they keep calling me despite request not to and it's not okay. I've never had such a deeply unpleasant experience as I have here. Went in for a new patient set of 2 appointments as I was having neck pain, scan went fine, although it seemed weird that the dr I spoke to on intake was not the doctor I saw on the 2nd visit. The first appointment they just do the scan. Why they split up the appointments I don't know but it seems like a deeply disrespectful approach to customer's time. 2nd visit was awful. They bring you into a room with other patients and YELL about why chiropractic treatment is good, claiming that we need it (trying to instill fear as a morally defunct sales tactic), and talking down to you the whole time. They also take a snake-oil approach claiming that it can cure EVERYTHING. It might help with neck pain, but it's not going to 'cure' someone's ADHD. Any statement of doubt or concern is responded to with more yelling (they have not heard of inside voices) and doubling down on 'the neck is connected to everything so this will fix everything" like a cult. Notice the don't actually explain what they will be doing to your body during this "explanation". I tried to raise awareness of some non-neck related concerns at this point, I wanted them to be gentle around my abdomen for reasons. This concern was brushed off with more receptive language. They also VERY aggressively tried to sell me on supplements and were incredibly rude when I explained that I was already on dr prescribed vitamins + meds and did not want to add more pills to that; dismissing any concern because "ours are better". Briefly tried the "adjustment", after very very uncomfortably pressing loud large metal parts of the bench into me (ignoring my ask to be gentle around my abdomen) the lady cracked my neck very roughly and loudly. I had NOT consented to this! And it had NOT been explained that this was what would happen. I left, I was so angry I could hardly speak and told them to not contact me again. They ignored that too. This kind of quack pseudo-science fix everything snake oil cure is why people end up paralyzed or worse from these places! I do not for a second believe that the people working here have any kind of medial training. They do have plenty of sales/cult training. DO NOT GO HERE or anywhere similar!!!!! Find a licensed physical therapist instead! (Also they claim they will be covered by insurance, they are not.) read more

This is the timeshare sales of chiropractic care. 1st appointment x-rays and telling 3 different office individuals your symptoms as well as completing an intake form. After x-rays and "meeting the chiropractor" you are then sent to another room to "share your history" with another employee and basically she asking you again about your pain and how meeting goals would benefit your quality of life. 2nd appointment you go into another room for classroom type presentation asking you question as if you are a student there to learn, so you according to them can "understand" treatment. I walked out it was a red flag for me. This was a waste of time I came there for treatment, instead I receive a sales pitch that reminded me of a timeshare presentation at a resort. Tour of the facility, pictures of the happy customers, and then the Powerpoint in a room with other customers. They didn't need to sell me on anything my insurance was paying a 100%. I wished I read the other reviews prior. I feel like the strong sales tactics subtracts from their credibility and trustworthiness as a medical provider. read more

I absolutely love this place. From my initial inquiry until now, 6 months later, they have been super informative and friendly. Being a licensed esthetician, I use my back, hands, and neck in weird, uncomfortable positions. They do routine x-rays to make sure progress is being made, and even though my treatment isn't complete, my body has made such great improvement. Not nearly as much aching and headaches as I was once experiencing. AND I SLEEP BETTER. They made sure I understood getting adjusted will impact every aspect of your life in a positive way, and I'm living proof of it! An intense sales based performance. It was very obvious that it was a rehearsed and very generic. It honestly made me very uncomfortable. The doctor kept asking me if I wanted "to get better" and really played out the fear factor. They also were incorrect with my insurance benefits. When I called the insurance company myself I found a lot more of the services would be covered than listed in this contract of theirs. read more

This is the most education I have received from any chiropractor I've ever been too. They do so much more than just pop your back and send you on your way. This office takes the time to take x-rays, then they took time to teach me how targeted adjustments can improve the symptoms I was experiencing (for me it was hip pain, and tight shoulders from sitting at a desk all day). After that appointment they then went over my x-rays with me so I could truly understand what needed to be done to fix my posture. Dr Luis was very loud and sales-driven. I had to ask him multiple times to not yell as I was standing only a few feet away, I also had to ask multiple times for him to wear a mask and why he wasn't enforcing masks, he continued to argue that they do nothing to stop covid. So far it's been great. I don't know about any high sales pressure but they make you aware of your current status with X-rays and what needs to improve. They worked hard at trying to sell you from the moment you come for your first appointment. Each person on the team has a role. I also found that they weren't trying to sell me a package that was not in my best interest. For example, they told me that their 4K package works out to be $65 per visit and that my insurance pays $75 per visit so it's best for me to pay out of pocket. They want you to pay the whole 12 months up front. There are a couple of problems with their logic. First insurance companies will pay a lower rate if that's the bill they send (my old chiropractor did this). Also, once my deductible is is met, my insurance will cover 90% of chiropractic. If I'm paying up front, not through my insurance, it's not even going towards my deductible. How is that in my best interest. They are selling the package so they don't have to go through your insurance company. Beware. read more

Thus far I've only had my consultation but I was impressed by the friendly and customer-centric atmosphere. There was a chalk board on the counter welcoming the appointments for the day which included my first name and a few others. I like that they insist on x rays and consultation first to ensure that the care they provide will be the right treatment program. The office is clean and comfortable. The selling, follow up, office presentations, phone calls and unnecessary time discussing the fear factor regarding not buying their packages is annoying. Its not care based but money driven. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. However they require two separate appointments before you can get your adjustment. Also they require you to get X-rays of your spine. This is unnecessary if you have not had any trauma, however they will not see you without imaging. Not only is this costly, but it is unnecessary radiation exposure. read more
