It is very clear that she's an outstanding communicator, has anticipated every client need, and more than anything, that she's passionate about her work and is astonishingly good at it. Unfortunately, I just received a strange call today informing me that they had decided to cancel my membership. Because I can no longer lay down on my back due to a medical condition, I lied down on each of my sides to receive a back massage. Apparently, the masseuse could not keep the blanket over me the whole time which, according to their policy, constitutes indecent exposure. That was the reason they gave me to explain their decision to cancel my membership. The least they could have done is initiate a conversation with me to inform me of their policy first and try to find an arrangement to accommodate me! This is terrible customer service! I will not recommend this place to anyone!
