A warmed towel, rod and heated lavender scented pillow were all incorporated. My neck wasn't feeling the massage headrest long term. So, I moved myself onto the bed completely. Do what you gotta do. The massage was helpful for releasing some knots around my shoulders and overall circulation. I also added the under eye patch treatment. The rooms are a curtain away from each other. Unfortunately, I can't remember the masseuse's name who worked on me, but it was exactly what I needed. I had so many knots and was tight everywhere and this gentleman was able to release those knots as well as the tightness in my back. I didn't realize it at the time, but my legs had the same problem that my back did and when he started working on my legs, he was able to do the same thing and release all the tension in my legs, including my hamstrings and calves There are times when a deep tissue massage is too much for me, but I couldn't have asked for a better massage. I will definitely be back!
