I have been a patient of Dr. Michael Hilton for several years now. I have a recurring neck and shoulder issue. Dr. Hilton and Tiffany are awesome. I can usually count on 1 or 2 sessions and I am all fixed . Their professionalism and friendly manor and most important they know their craft is what I count on . Resently I have had an issue with my glutes and legs . I can count on their skills and direction on what to do at home with stretches to keep me pain free. I love Airrosti and their format! Dr. Felton is the best. I discovered her in 2016 after being rear ended in an auto accident. She loves her job- which consistently shows in her attentiveness and care. I love how she educates me on how the body muscles work, why I am feeling pain, and what I can do to promote healing and prevent injury. Ryan is the follow up PT for Dr. Felton. He demonstrates the stretch or exercise that you need to do at home, and asks if you have any questions about what you learned. I saw Dr. Jones for a recent injury when Dr. Felton's schedule was full. He provided excellent treatment as well. He was very thorough and accurate in his treatment. Dallas is a very peppy and fun PT. She makes therapy fun without compromising the quality of her care, making sure you do the exercise correctly and counts for me to make sure I do it fully. And she is a clean freak, which makes me happy! This location has great team work. They really do fix pain fast! read more

As a Doctor's son I can be hypercritical of clinics. Let me tell you that this clinic is "The BEST CLINIC" that I have EVER seen or been treated in. I pulled my IT Band. For those who don't know it is the longest muscle in the human body and the only muscle that works with two joints. It starts at your gluteus, wraps around your thigh and ends at the knee. After being totally unable to walk, months later it improved but was not back to normal. After my first visit to Airrosti it was a miracle. I walked with no pain for the first time in 10 months. Each visit is one hour. The first thirty minutes is with a chiropractor and the second with a physical therapist. The doctor treats your problem and the therapist teaches you exercises to do at home. And if you forget, they email you a link that discusses the exercises and even has a video to remind you. It also tells you the number of reps and sets to do. I just had my second session (4 planned) and the doctor says I may only need one more. The clinic in Richardson features Dr Jones. He fully explains your situation and uses an anatomical picture of the human body that he writes on with wipe off marker. He treats you then it's off to therapy. Chrissy is absolutely fabulous. Kind, sweet and very knowledgeable. Former personal trainer, she fully explains, demonstrates and has you perform the exercises. I may be healed after the next visit, but I'm going back just to say hello and thank you. There are not enough stars for an accurate rating. Maybe 10 stars. Coming here was one of the worst decisions I've made in regard to my health. I met with Tiffany and she had me do an extremely intense deep hip flexor stretch that strained my hip during a session. I was later told that it was the most extreme stage of a four stage stretch and she should have started me in the most basic one first. They even refunded the session and offered me a free one because they knew it was a mistake on their part. The other three practitioners are great, and Airrosti in general seems great, but I unfortunately do not recommend Tiffany. I saw her in November 2020 and it's June 2021 and I STILL have pain after months of physical therapy. read more

The methods here work and super hijabi friendly!! Dr. Felton is very experienced and knowledgeable. She spends time trying to figure why your body isn't doing what it's supposed to do (range of motion, pain sources, etc) From there she will explain to you what she believes is going on ad show you the exact muscles and bones on the charts she has up to explain what is going on in your body. She will then do soft tissue therapy. That means those really painful points in your body will be dug into and manipulated (imagine an extremely deep tissue massage). She literally digs away at the pain. You might be sore the next day but if you ice the spots and drink a lot of water it should be fine. The you are sent on to the trainer for exercises to help strengthen your body. Dallas was amazing to work with. She explains everything so well and has showed me simple but effective workouts to add to my daily routine. The rooms are all private and it's great to have access to a female DC and a female trainer in the same office. They also have a male DC and male trainer in the same office as well. Dr. Hilton & Tiffany are great! Not only did they alleviate my pain, they took the time to show me stretches to help keep me pain free. The Airrosti portal is a life saver, too! I definitely recommend & will return when needed! And in this new world if Covid19, they took the time to make sure common areas were sanitized and clean. I truly felt comfortable and safe. The office kindly sent out a text notification when they needed to reschedule my appointment due to an exposure. The Airrosti app made rescheduling easy. read more

I have a rotator cuff tear that is small and very painful. I went to PT ordered by my Dr. for 3 weeks and it didn't get better. I've lived with the pain for almost a year and decided to try Airrosti. After just 3 visits I have a decent range of motion and I am pain free and I can sleep at night! As a patient you have to put in the time to ice, and be compliant with exercises but it will pay off! Very professional and consistent with her professionalism. For example I was upset about underlying issues requiring Orthopedic attention. Dr. Jones is fantastic! I have returned for two separate running injuries, and I have been able to run again pain free within 2-3 visits. He and Dallas really take the time to get to know you and your needs, and they create a treatment plan that works for you as a patient. Their plans require stretching and exercises outside of the in office treatment. You have to follow their plans, but they work! I don't hope for another injury, but if I do experience anything else, I will absolutely be back to Airrosti in Richardson. read more

I strained my QL in my lower back a few months ago. The doctor handled it in 2 visits! She handled with myofascial release not fun but EXTREMELY effective. I have been to several spine and back Doctors about this numbness that occurs in my low back upper right hip area.
