He was unable to function at home or at a job for months. After a lot of research and a sense of near desperation due to his symptoms we found an option called QSM3 and Dallas Spinal Care / Dr. Collett were our closest available resource for the approach. A patient since April my husband is now symptom free. The success I witnessed firsthand for my husband lead me to explore changing from my traditional chiropractor to Dr. Collett myself. A patient of chiropractic medicine since 1999 I am a firm believer of the impact regular chiropractic care has on one's health and wellness. I am a huge advocate of chiropractic care and continue to believe it is very important. A migraine sufferer since the late 90's chiropractic care helped me manage painful migraines from daily to approximately once every 6 weeks for years. In May of 2018 I experienced a migraine that left me incapacitated for two full days missing work and unable to function. Seeing the success of my husband I decided to work with Dr. Collett. Since June I have been symptom free. Absolutely no migraines in four straight months. What is important to understand about Dr. Collett is that his approach is tailored to you as a patient and his goal is not about making money and / or forcing you to see him every month. His goal is wellness and the body's natural ability to heal. He will only take you on (myself included) as a patient if he believes he can help you. His "adjustments" are like nothing I have experienced and are not at all scary or invasive. There is no cracking of your back or other joints, no unexpected twisting or jerking. The treatment program is also easy to understand and reasonable. I have to admit I was skeptical of this approach. After years of traditional chiropractic care I thought I was doing the best I could for my health. After learning about QSM3 and Dr. Collett and then seeing first hand success with my husband and me I am a believer of his approach to health and wellness. I highly recommend Dr. Collett and encourage you to reach out to him for an initial consultation.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the unethical practices and…read morelack of professionalism exhibited by your establishment, particularly by the owner or manager from this office. As a former client of [Affordable Chiropractic, I feel compelled to bring to light the deplorable conduct that I have experienced during my interactions with your office. Despite seeking treatment for injuries sustained in an accident, I have been subjected to coercion, intimidation, and harassment by this office in relentless pursuit of payment, even before my case has been resolved. First and foremost, it is imperative that we understand the gravity of the situation. The chiropractic treatment provided by the Chiropractor has been grossly inadequate and negligent. Despite my repeated requests for proper medical care, including a basic X-ray to assess my injuries, these requests were callously ignored. The failure to conduct necessary diagnostic tests and provide appropriate treatment is not only unethical but also constitutes a breach of professional responsibility. It is deeply concerning that this office has repeatedly contacted me, demanding payment for services rendered, despite the fact that my case has not been resolved and my insurance claim remains pending. This aggressive behavior is not only unethical but also in direct violation of professional standards and legal obligations. I refuse to be intimidated or coerced into paying for services that have not been properly rendered or resolved. I demand that you cease all attempts to collect payment from me until my case has been resolved satisfactorily and in accordance with ethical and legal standards. we are taking to social media to shed light on the unethical practices and lack of professionalism at this office. It is my hope that by sharing my experience, others will be warned and spared from similar mistreatment and exploitation. I urge who ever is the owner of this office take immediate action to rectify these issues and restore integrity and professionalism to your establishment. Failure to do so will only further tarnish your reputation and undermine the trust and confidence of your clients. My team will be posting the voicemail left by your office including emails. It is imperative that we do not allow anyone to take advantage of situations such as this one. By allowing unethical practices to go unchecked, we not only undermine the integrity of our healthcare system but also perpetuate a culture of exploitation and injustice. The question we must ask ourselves is: Why would this chiropractic office seek payment before my case is even closed? Such behavior not only demonstrates a blatant disregard for ethical standards and professional integrity but also raises serious concerns about their commitment to the well-being and best interests of their clients. We cannot afford to turn a blind eye to such egregious misconduct. It is our responsibility to hold establishments like this accountable and demand transparency, fairness, and justice for all.

I had previously seen a chiropractor in Allen a few years back but since moving to Wylie, I really wanted to find a local chiropractor that I could start seeing regularly. I found Southwestern Chiropractic online and after seeing positive reviews, I decided to make an appointment with Dr. Reif. As I walked in for my first appointment, I noticed the office/waiting room area was extremely clean and well organized. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful as well. Once I was called back, Dr. Reif allowed me to explain what pain I was experiencing and was very patient and attentive. He even took x-rays of my spine, showed them to me, and explained in detail why I was experiencing my current issues. I found this to be an awesome quality as my former chiropractor never took the time to tell me the "why's." He even informed me of what stretches to do and which ones to avoid to help control my pain in between appointments. This made me feel at ease as I knew I was in trusting hands with Dr. Reif. Afterwards, we went into another room for my adjustments and then to the back of the office for 10 minutes of relaxation with a tens unit. I immediately felt relief after leaving the office. I have now been regularly seeing Dr. Reif once a week (twice a week to start out) and have never felt better. I look forward to my appointment every week! If you're looking for a chiropractor, look no further. Dr. Reif is your guy!
