Despite my repeated requests for proper medical care, including a basic X-ray to assess my injuries, these requests were callously ignored. The failure to conduct necessary diagnostic tests and provide appropriate treatment is not only unethical but also constitutes a breach of professional responsibility.
It is deeply concerning that this office has repeatedly contacted me, demanding payment for services rendered, despite the fact that my case has not been resolved and my insurance claim remains pending. This aggressive behavior is not only unethical but also in direct violation of professional standards and legal obligations.
I refuse to be intimidated or coerced into paying for services that have not been properly rendered or resolved. I demand that you cease all attempts to collect payment from me until my case has been resolved satisfactorily and in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
