This is where my cryotherapy journey began back 6+ years ago. Since then, this studio has undergone a lot a change...all for the better. In late 2019, it was offline thanks to a tornado that did major damage in the area. Within a year of being back at this location, the pandemic arrived which slowed things down. Thankfully, Cryo1one safely remained open throughout the early days of the pandemic and continues to thrive today. Recently, this location went through a major remodel to optimize the use of the space to accommodate the expanded service portfolio. Over the past ~24 months, the service portfolio expanded from to 2 to 8. Similar to the original 2 services (cryotherapy and IV Drips/Vitamin shots), all contribute to a healthy lifestyle and wellness journey. While I continue to do cryotherapy and mostly vitamin B12 shots, I have added most of the newer services to my routine, some on an as need basis. The new services include: Rapid Reboot Compression Boots: This has quickly become a favorite of mine and is now part of my regular routine. These boots really help with my recovery when it comes to leg soreness. The boots provide a 360° leg massage that is targeted and intentional in flushing out lactic acid. Recently, they added 'compression shorts' which focus more on the glutes and lower back...this is a game changer! Dry Salt Therapy: I find this to be very beneficial, especially in the December to February timeframe which is when my allergies tend to flare up (thanks to the mountain cedar pollen that is at its highest during those months). For those wondering, the treatment consists of micro-sized salt particles that naturally create an antibacterial environment, drawing out the excess moisture, mucus and impurities that are in the airways and on the skin. Also, an option when using this is to add the infrared lights creating an Infrared Sauna which just adds to experience and benefits. If you are an allergy suffer, I highly recommend trying this. BioCharger: The BioCharger NG facilitates an amplified and optimized transfer of electrons in and around your body without needing to leave the house, generating an effect familiar to individuals who practice 'Earthing' or 'Grounding', but in a more concentrated way. Bioharmonic Vibe Bed: Talk about relaxation...this is it!! As it says in the name, this is vibrating bed of sorts and that combined with the headphones which play spa-like music makes this a real treat. BallancerPro: For me, this is similar to the Compression Boots except it's on steroids. While the compression boots focus on the legs, this comes up to just above the abdominal area and focuses on the lymphatic system through a gentle massaging motion (think lymphatic massage). In addition to being very relaxing, I find this to be detox of sorts. The team here continues to be super cool (no pun intended); they are always very welcoming and super knowledgeable. Most importantly, they are easy to talk with which is important while in the cryo chamber as the conversation allows one to forget (sort of) how cold they are feeling.While walk-ins are welcome, scheduling is done via the Cryo1one app. Overall, I continue to be very pleased with Cryo1one and I am glad this is part of my health/wellness journey. read more

I had a very bad experience here...not with the equipment but with the manager. The staff was friendly especially the blonde young woman there as well as the short dark curly head woman (I did not get either name) I bought a package and was clearly told that I could use one of the package items during their Happy hour Thursday so after I purchased a book of 5 sessions, I came in to use one on Thursday for simply the cryo and the nordic boots for my legs. I was told that I could now not use one of my packages for the happy hour day and that I would need to buy another $50 day to use anything. Cleary this makes no sense as I would never have purchased the package ($200) and would only come in and use every item on the happy hour menu for $50. Why would anyone buy a package if that were the case? You can just come in on Thursdays and do everything you want and pay the $50 fee. Anyway, the manager/owner FINALLY refunded me after our long discussion where he tried (unsuccessfully) to bait me and make me angry. I simply asked for my money back and only because there was another client in there, he did. It was almost laughable how he did his best to make it my fault. Anyway, there are MANY other cry locations and needless to say, I will never visit this one again. Do better management...you will be gone in less than a year if this keeps happening. read more

First time trying dry salt therapy and it was an interesting experience. It felt like breathing in eucalyptus with a cooling feeling each breath in the beginning. I enjoyed the feeling and after 30 minutes I felt like I could breath easier and better. Definitely recommend now that the weather is changing. read more

I started cryotherapy 3 times a week due to severe knee pain and it completely resolved my knee issues after several months. No painful, invasive medical intervention needed. I had been struggling with leg cramps while training for a half marathon and was nervous about cramping during the race. A friend suggested getting an IV drip (Myers' Cocktail), so I contacted Cryo1one. They were able to take me in right away, and the staff was incredibly friendly and thorough in explaining the entire process. Cryo helped me SO much after a recent injury. I had a terrible horseback riding that left me immobile for about a week. I am not new to cryotherapy. I've been doing it regularly for the past 6 months. There are so many health benefits! I found Cryo1one through yelp and like the extended hours. I didn't love the experience. The booth is older than I'm used to and had a build-up of ice around the unit, and the door was hard to close. I was told to get in while it was ramping up. That took over a minute, so by the time my session started I was already cold and could not stand my normal 2 minutes. I feel sort of ripped off. I am going to keep looking for another cryotherapy place. I gave this 3 stars because the attendant that night was an absolute doll. read more

I have seen this on the internet for a while and i finally got the chance to experience it. i did 7 days straight as Joshua, one of the owners, suggested. Quite honestly, the first two days it was so cold that i was shivering and my teeth were chattering. It started getting better on day 3 and by day seven I was even submerging my head. I got stung by a brown recluse and my energy was super low and the toxins were making me dizzy and foggy. i have to say that i felt a huge difference in only one week of cryo treatment... my energy went up to almost normal and my focus got better. i still feel the toxins but very very low compared to before treatment. unequivocally, i would suggest that anyone give this a chance. even if you are not an athlete or have toxins from a deadly spider. this will oxygenate your blood and make you feel better, younger and you will sleep very, very well. read more

I do not recommend this AT ALL. I left with 3rd degree burns on three places on my arm. No one warns you you can get burned - I signed the release, it's my own fault. I went for shoulder pain and maybe the treatment that isn't whole body would have worked, I'll never know. do your research - there is NO scientific evidence to back this up and the burn incidences are plenty. Not only do I absolutely love the facility in terms of the services it offers (I feel AMAZING every time I have a session) but the customer service is something else. The staff is INCREDIBLE. I suppose that's a given since they have to be able to talk you through your experience while you freeze your butt off, but they are not only friendly but extremely accommodating. I discovered them through ClassPass and if anyone's familiar with that service, you know you have to reserve a time slot in order to attend the given "class". Well, as we all know, life happens and a lot of places don't typically care if you can't make it, and what happens is that you're charged for not showing up. Well this facility is always so accommodating to those life moments that are already hectic enough. They were able to honor my appointment at a completely different time and day. My car wouldn't start so I spent 6 hours getting it towed and handled and couldn't make it and they were happy to move my appointment. Needless to say, they were a ray of sunshine on my otherwise overcast day. Love this place. Thank you for recognizing that customers come first. In terms of the services. It's 3 minutes (or more) of standing naked in a little chamber while the staff chats you up about life. I've never had an awkward or weird encounter (whether it be guy or girl) they make you feel so at ease. The benefits of cryo are also amazing. It energizes me, it makes me feel stronger, more awake. It releases any tension or soreness I might have had from working or working out. I don't leave reviews often, or really ever, but I had to make it known how incredible this facility really is!!! I found CryoZone in Dallas because they were the ONLY place open on SUNDAY!! And they were nice enough to squeeze me in even though they were closing up, just so I could try it for the first time. The people there are awesome, the prices are reasonable, and cryotherapy is now my new addiction. The machines are new and great, and the results from cryo are amazing. I now go every weekend. I had an incredible I have nothing but amazing things to say, especially about the staff. It was my first time going a couple of days ago and freezing your body can be a bit intimidating. The staff at Preston Hollow was so kind and helped me each step of the way. It was an awesome experience and my body felt incredible after. I do have very sensitive skin and got a bit of a reaction a few days later, but as soon as I contacted them, I got a full refund back and they also drove to my office to drop off lotion for me to help with the reaction I had on my arm. I wasn't sure what to expect when I first visited Cryozone, but thank goodness Kelly was very helpful and discussed the entire process with me upon checking in and made me feel very comfortable. After checking in, I was shown the room with the cryotherapy sauna and explained how it works, what the therapy would feel like, and what I could expect to feel afterwards. True to other reviews, it's an intense full-body ice bath. But having Kelly talk with me through the treatment really helped the time go by quickly! I've had a few sessions, and they've really helped my muscle recovery. I plan on visiting the Cryozone more often as I train for my first Ironman. read more

I actually felt like this 10-15 minute process toned my body more than any fitness class I have taken! I was really only trying it since I had been doing cycle classes and felt like an ice bath.. But this was like the best "ice bath" I've ever had! The whole process was very easy! The staff was very helpful and friendly... I felt very comfortably during the whole process...
