I believe it was her first day, she was very professional and knowledgeable, even offering me a sample of locally sourced kombucha, which I highly recommend trying. Another staff member Chad, who was very personable greeted me initially. I thought he was the owner he was super knowledgeable. He patiently answered all my questions about the available packages, ensuring I was well educated and was able to get a package that fit my needs being I live so far. I did the cryotherapy session on the highest level for 3-minutes and 30-second. While it was intense it's absolutely bearable, the feeling afterward was well worth it. After that I experienced the compression therapy, which I highly recommend for anyone with a desk job or who sits for extended periods it felt sooo good. The spa itself is immaculate and beautifully designed, it was clean which enhanced the overall experience. Given the quality of treatments and the professionalism of the staff, investing in a monthly package is a wise choice for those living nearby. Management does a solid job of "honoring" their clients by granting at least 1-2 sessions to help regain loyalty, which I think is a fair approach--they also have a business to run. One of my favorite aspects of this studio is how clean and welcoming it always feels. The staff are genuinely kind and attentive. There was a time when an "overly involved" teammate was hired, and that annoyed me, which led me to stop coming for a while. However, I recently returned and was greeted by a new team member whose approach was helpful without being overwhelming or pushy. I loved that organic balance, so will be retuning in the new year.

This Cryo1one location had not been on my radar to check out because my preferred location…read more(Preston/Royal) was more than meeting my needs. Unfortunately, that location was damaged as part of the severe storms/tornados that hit Dallas on October 20, 2019. Thankfully, Cryo1one has multiple locations throughout the Dallas area which has allowed me to continue my sessions without interruption. I had always wanted to try cryo but never made it a priority. That all changed in June 2019 when Cryo1one Cryo1one did a few small demos at the CycleBar studio I go to. Along with the demos they also held a drawing to win three complimentary sessions. As someone who never wins anything, I filled out the form and did not think much else about it. As fate would have it, a few days later I received an email informing me that I was the winner of the three session. My initial thought was "lucky me" but then I remembered that I really wanted to try it, so I scheduled and completed my first session shortly after receiving the email notification. Now, cryo is an integral part of my health and fitness journey, and I regret I did not take the plunge sooner. As for this specific location, I am unsure why it never made my list as it is actually more conveniently located than my preferred location. Like the other locations, there are two cryotherapy chambers and trust me, they get as cold as the other locations. One thing I have observed and appreciate about this location is they are more active in the local community. For example, they were open on Thanksgiving to support the recovery needs of those who ran the Dallas Turkey Trot. On another occasion they extended their hours to support the recovery needs of those running the marathon. On this particular day they partnered with other local businesses and provided much need hydration and nutritional items for those who scheduled sessions. Consistent with the other two locations, the staff here is super friendly and very professional. From my experience, level of community within this location exceeds that of the other locations. The interaction between staff and members as well the interaction among members is great; there is a sense of extended family here. So much so this could easily become my preferred location. The one thing that would prevent that is the parking situation which is completely out of the control of Cryo1one. This Cryo1one shares a parking small parking lot with several other businesses including a UPS Store. Depending on the day and time, it can be difficult to enter the lot as well as finding an open spot. Because of this, I tend to schedule appointments at this location for times when the parking is less congested. If you are wondering if cryotherapy is for you; I will paraphrase George Clinton in the song "P. Funk": "...if you got faults, defects or shortcomings, you know, like arthritis, rheumatism or migraines, whatever part of your body it is..." cryotherapy will likely help it and Cryo1one should be on your list.

Everything that you need is inside the cryo room, so no need to bring anything with you. They provide robes, socks, gloves and slippers to protect your hands and feet. The entire process only takes a few minutes and before you know it you are in the machine and out. I felt the coldest the last minute of the therapy. The temperature decreases gradually, so it is not a blast of super cold air. Rainy talked me through the entire process and made the three minutes fly by really fast. I definitely want to come back in a week or so and get another treatment. I felt a little sleepy afterwards, but other than that my body temperature returned back to normal super quickly. I love that they have $25 happy hour specials from 3-5pm Monday through Thursday. I plan to come back during that time for sure!

Arshia is very hospitable to me and knowledgeable about the treatments they have here. The pricing range for the treatments is is well priced in comparison to other establishments that are providing the same services. The place is always well staffed. I've never had a wait for anything unless I had an appointment and arrived early. My walk in visits are also quick. The first time was mediocre, but today was absolutely horrible. The young lady at the front desk was very dry and not super friendly when she got me started on my services. The red light room was filthy. The nurse wasn't friendly and gave me a hard time about the shot that I was getting. I have been using a signature shot off and on since January due to a side effect of a medication that I was taking. She was rather accusatory and questioned me aggressively about why I needed the shot. I pay entirely too much money to be a member at restore for a staff member to question me about anything that I choose to get while I'm there. Unbelievable. My home store would never treat us members like that. My experience was poor and I will never return. Very disappointing.
