AWFUL! I went in to get a hydration bag for my hangover. They lady tried twice in my arm and once in my hand. I have giant veins never had an issue with IVs or getting blood taken. Not only did she not know what she was doing, she also was hurting me. I didn't get to get the bag and still hungover because the staff obviously had no clue how to do it. The place needed to be sanitized as well. read more

1st visit: no problems other than a customer sitting there coughing without a mask (this was before the Texas Governor idiotic move to be 100% open wit no masks ). 2nd time: White guy that worked there also didn't believe in germs. He was giving IVs without wearing gloves!!! Like how are you not washing your hands or putting on gloves to unwrap sterilized IV equipment?! So many health concerns with that one - like his germs straight into your bloodstream Who is running this place? read more

Stopped in on my way back home after a night out. Feeling exhausted and a little hungover, I got a bag. The tech was so kind and very quick. The place is super clean. I was in and out in 30 minutes and felt way better for my 4 hour drive home. It is in an office building which was locked on a Sunday morning. So I had to call to be let in. Recommend if you need a boost or hangover cure read more

Showed up 10 minutes early to appointment at 11am on a Saturday. No one was there so I waited...and waited...and waited. Finally gave up after waiting around until 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment and leaving a voicemail. No one ever called me back. Very disappointing, and apparently this is an ongoing issue based on google reviews. read more

Hi- With this heat i struggle to stay hydrated so i decided to visit IV bar in Addison. Joel Hooked me up and i feel 100% better, he was professional and knew the products. Had a great experience with IV Bar Addison and Joel! Eric read more

I have visited twice now and had a good experience both times. The staff is very friendly and patient. They offer beverages and snacks and also have TVs and magazines to entertain yourself with. What prevented me from giving this 5 starts is how expensive it is, but so far this has prevented me from getting sick while traveling and that makes it worth it! read more

Great place, 50% off if you get a membership! Def invest in that! I always get in! But the membership you can only use at this location, they sold it initially stating I could use it anywhere. Turns out that's not the case. I wish they had WiFi for customers also! Sure would pass the time better! read more

This was a last minute decision with a long lasting impression. Joel is the guy to ask for!!! One stick for that quick fix. Within 2 minutes of started the IV I could feel the difference between when I walked in and just chilling to the music and vibes of the atmosphere. Oh and the membership is well worth the cost! read more

This was my first visit, and John was so incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Starting the IV did not hurt at all, and John helped me to customize my therapy based on my current health needs. Comfy environment. I got a liter of fluid with the Meyers cocktail and left feeling refreshed and relaxed.

This was my first time doing anything like this and wasn't sure what to expect... great experience though, as I sit here in the massaging, recliner watching tv while the fluids do their job Great customer service, bedside manner and they have snacks. Definitely recommend! read more

Really needed hydration Quick! Got recommended by a friend, well worth the 30 mins it took, I'll definitely be back! Thanks

Thanks to Eric! I feel wayyyyyy better then I did before. I'll be back soon! Thank you!!

Walked in. Was asked if I had an appointment and told her I needed just a couple questions answered and was interested. Was ignored for 10 minutes until 2 people who looked like they were just pooped out of Highland Park walked in. They were helped immediately and I was still ignored. Made by rich people who lack empathy, for rich people who lack empathy. Gross feeling leaving that place. read more

This place is awesome and a lifesaver. I indulged a little too much on the 4th of July and had to teach a challenging fitness class the next day, so I decided to make an appointment for my husband and I to get an IV. I could not have had a better experience! The massaging chairs are awesome and so relaxing. Nicki started my IV and I'm not going to lie, I'm usually a flincher, but she was such a good stick that I barely felt the needle go in. She is so sweet and professional and I felt like I was in the best of hands! Oh and that giant furry blanket they give you if you're cold is the best thing ever!! Kareem the fireman/paramedic did our post IV vitals and bandaging and he is such a nice person as well! Everyone who works here is great! You can tell they absolutely love working there. I taught a great class thanks to the energy boost from that Performance IV. Go see iVBars of Addison, you will not regret it! read more

Great service very helpful and friendly they helped me when I had NO clue of what I was doing ‍ I will be back soon ! There's so many options I want to try read more

This place is amazing! I just landed in Dallas from a bachelor trip and these ladies got me in as a walk in right away. Prices are more than fair, office is very clean and the ladies are wonderful. Will certainly be returning! read more

I knew I would need a recovery pack after the super bowl. It was my first time and I was in sad shape and hung way over. I was treated and tucked into a recliner with a big soft blanket. I cuddle up and got my in going right away. Defiantly a game changer. I walked out feeling back to normal. I would try this out if you get a chance read more

Love this place and will be returning. After a week full of planning a non profit event, my body now loves me and feels super refreshed and dehydrated. Ask for Sheila. She is great and super hospitable! This was very relaxing and I now feel recharged. I am afraid of needles and the relaxed environment and friendly staff made this a wonderful experience. read more

I was so sick Monday and Tuesday but trying to avoid missing work and taking more steroids. (Those things are just awful) I had a bronchitis level cough (rib breaking if your not familiar with bronchitis) and a low grade fever. I went into the IV bar Tuesday night after work and got set up with the immune booster and hydration pack. Sheila and Jinny were able to get me set up and cozy for the 30-45 minute IV. After the IV, I did an Ozone treatment which isn't necessarily fun but it works! Within an hour of being home, miracles began to happen. I was breathing a little easier and coughing slightly less. I called it an early night and woke up the next morning ready for the day. My husband truly thought I'd stay home from work to head to the doctor but NOPE I was all good. I had recovered by at least 80%. I went for one more Ozone Treatment Wednesday at lunch. (Those only take about 10 minutes) My cough was no longer wet, or deep and I was down to only coughing every few hours instead of minutes. MIND BLOWN. I'd try this remedy again any day to avoid antibiotics and steroids. Give this a shot. I was skeptical but it truly works. The staff is professional and sweet. #IVforLife read more

Super professional but also comfortable! I was the only person there when I went and was very well cared for. The technicians were super informative about the monthly membership which I think I may do! I felt so much better after getting the Myer's cocktail which only took about 10 minutes from start to finish! Will definitely be back! read more

Very professional and helpful staff. Not a huge fan of needles and was painless and relatively easy. I will be returning for more IVs in the future. read more

Coco helped me over the phone decide which bag was best suited for my needs. I arrived, signed paperwork, and was getting IV within 5 min of arriving. Super fast! I will be back! read more

I normally don't like giving bad reviews. But I was highly disappointed by the service. After several attempts placing a IV line the nurse just left the room. They didn't come to point where the bag was emptying and with my one functional hand i had to stop the drip flow. If i was ignorant I could have suffered an air emboli from the procedure . I feel the treatment was ver risky and very negligent. read more

I just left getting an infusion and Nickie was absolutely wonderful! She was taking care of three people all by herself and when a couple walked in Nickie kindly greeted them and told them she would be with them shortly. Keep in mind she is inserting needles into peoples veins and she was working on me when the couple came in. You could tell they seemed agitated to wait for any period of time and then to go write a bad review on Yelp because you have unrealistic expectations...get over yourself! Long story short, Nickie did an awesome job and was very attentive to EVERY person in the office. read more

Tried this today after having weeks of stress/tension headaches and fatigue from busy season. The nurse took my vitals (all good) and suggested the immune booster which has vitamin C, B vitamins and magnesium as well as Glutathione. The service was very professional and I enjoyed the chair massage while juicing up on vitamins. I felt relaxed and my headache was lightened and generally more energetic. I'll try again soon as this probably would be a good supplement for preventing illness and overall vitality when stressed! read more
