I later learned that I also had ovarian cysts on both ovaries, something that I've never had before and have been told that there have been reports of this by some people after Emsculpt. I notified this company and asked if there was any way I could use the money I paid (over $1k) for a different treatment in their office and they refuse to return my phone call. I've called almost every day for two weeks and they promise they'll call me back but they never have. Not once. Beware to anyone going here that if you have a negative reaction to their treatments, they won't work with you to use your money for something else. Unfortunately, they lost a loyal customer.

What made the experience even more frustrating was that once it became clear I wasn't ready to pay the deposit without additional information, communication essentially stopped. Rather than addressing my concerns or answering my questions, I was ghosted. The entire interaction felt more focused on securing a deposit than helping a potential customer make an informed decision. Maybe their services are great, but based on my experience, customer communication and transparency during the inquiry process were disappointing.
