I was looking for another chiropractor who was in a more convenient location. I saw the reviews for Dr. Brady and was very hopeful. I pulled up to the location before they opened and I was still finishing my work in my car when I saw Dr Brady in a parking lot with a bunch of diet sodas that he was hauling in and drinking one as well. Personally, I prefer to find a health practitioner who practices healthy choices too. These toxic drinks are on the same level as smoking. I went here 3 or 4 times and he was nice but I feel I have gotten better treatment at other places in the past. It was very minimal adjusting and more education on proper posture. Many may like this style but it wasn't what I was looking for. Also the front desk didn't turn in my claim to insurance so I have to go back and fight with insurance to count this towards my deductible. Dr Brady is not your run-of-the-mill chiropractor. At the time I found him I was seeing another chiropractor for lower back pain then one day I was just kneeing on the floor reaching for something and that's when I felt the jabbing, knife-like pain shoot throughout my body. I could barely stand and even less walk. A call to my chiropractor and I was on the table within the hour, on my side, leg over, being pushed and pulled and trying to crack and pop all the time feeling like someone is trying to cut me open from the inside. After leaving worse than I started I decided to seek a second opinion. Dr Brady was very local, and I had seen good reviews. He took x-rays on the first visit and we started a treatment of gentle stretching right away. It seemed that muscles were spasming and collapsing my disk making it hit the nerves. Dr Brady does not use mechanical spinal decompression machines, he uses his hands to put the right amount of pressure on the right muscles and lowers the leg end of the table to stretch, that way he can feel the response your body gives you. After a few days of treatment, rest and ice I was able to get back to a mostly normal life. I've been doing monthly maintenance visits (since my insurance covers 12 visits a year), and I can do most daily activities pain free. I have been going to chiropractors for over 10 years. I moved here from Chicago 5 years ago and did find a wonderful chiropractor 5 years ago. However my insurance changed a few years back and I couldn't go to her anymore. It has been a long and arduous search to find a chiropractor that could even compare to my previous one. What I found was that if a chiropractor went to Parker, here in Dallas, then they do not do a bit of good. I actually was suckered into one program at the end of 2012 to do one of these come in for 3 days a week for a month, then 2 days a week for a month and 1 day, etc... you get the point. Well a thousand dollars later, I was still in the same situation as I was before going. Finally I found Brady Chiropractic. I found Dr. Brady through the Yelp reviews, and I am absolutely overjoyed at finding him! I have had headaches and neck/back pain for well over a month after a severe (put me on the floor) muscle spasm. I called late on Monday for an appointment and was able to get in Wednesday morning (I requested morning, and they aren't open mornings on Tuesday, so the availability was great). We were cash pay, so we didn't deal with the insurance process but rather got the immediate cash pay discount ($125 for the initial visit and $65 for additional visits as of this date). The receptionist was very nice and helpful when I made the appointment, when I had just a tiny bit of trouble finding the office, and when I came in. Dr. Brady was also very personable and professional at the same time. I came in with a two- and a four-year-old who are not the calmest children in the world. The entire staff was very kind and friendly with the kids, and they even had a small corner with toys and books for children. When it was time for us to go in, the doctor told the kids to pick toys to bring in to the room with us. He didn't hesitate when my daughter asked him to hold her shoes she had taken off. It is such a huge relief for a parent who has to bring children to an appointment to have such an amazing reception by the staff. We were taken in without a long wait, and the whole appointment was pretty quick yet not at all rushed. He listened to what was going on with me and asked pertinent questions. After a few short adjustments, I could turn my head fully both ways for the first time in over a month. He gave me advice on follow up (in my case, just to focus on shoulder rolls and keeping the neck loose and keeping an eye on the headaches to notice when and where they occur). I could not be happier with the service we received from both the doctor and the receptionist. If I have any pain down the road, I will definitely go back, and I'll recommend him to anyone who asks. read more

Dr. Brady was quick and efficient. They offer various massage machines while you wait. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful as well. She helped me guide me through their process. Each visit is $50 and your first visit can vary in cost depending if you need xrays or not. I paid $140 for the first visit plus xrays. Dr. Brady help examine my neck problems and see what needed to be done. He corrected my neck. it was quite sore for a couple days; but that's apparently normal. read more

Dr. Brady is fabulous. I've been to numerous other chiropractors and did not like the experience or vibe. Dr. Brady's expertise will most likely ensure he can fix your problem with a set humber of visits. I've been a patient of his, coming in for minor tweaks once in a while after resolution of the initial problem, for more than 10 years. I had a major hip issue which all MD's were diagnosing as a knee issue. Dr. Brady was the only doc to suggest it was a hip issue-- and he proved correct after ortho diagnosis. I have previously used this dr in the past and I had a recent episode of back pain after falling. I drove to the office about 5 minutes before they closed and asked to be squeezed in. The doctor couldn't see me and they instead gave me information for a nearby urgent care if my back pain was that bad. I was furious they wouldn't see me that close to closing time, and I sat outside my car for about 20 minutes hoping they would change their minds. I can't believe not a single employee changed their mind and at least offered to help me as they were leaving. I did go to the urgent care and good thing I did because the dr said he suspects I have something wrong with a disk and couldn't believe a chiropractor wouldn't see me. Now I have to go see a specialist and if this office had just accommodated me in the first place I wouldn't have to spend money I don't have at a different doctor. read more

I have a family of 6 and all of us have been treated successfully by Dr. Brady following 2 car accidents. He actually is thoughtful and does some diagnostic examination rather than just crack everything and send you out stunned like some chiropractors do. For each of us, he targeted specific issue(s) and treated it until it was resolved. His staff is VERY flexible about getting appointments scheduled, we have frequently called asking to come in and gotten in the same day. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes either. I've had problems with herniated discs in my lower back for years. I've seen pain management doctors and had facet injections multiple times. Recently, I developed a debilitating problem with my neck. It was the most intense pain I've ever had to live through, and with no insurance, I couldn't get help from my regular doctor. I'd rather give no stars for dishonesty. I went to see Dr. Brady because of the great reviews. I called to find out how much adjustments are, and was quoted a price that was higher than all my previous chiropractors. Two months after my initial visit, I began to receive bills for an extra $17 for every visit! I had already told the receptionist I would be paying in full for each visit, since I have a very high deductible plan. Now, I'm actually being asked to pay MORE than I would have paid without insurance, and I find out about it two months later. I've been to chiropractors all my life and NEVER had this happen! How terribly dishonest! All I got was an adjustment and some mild stretching! I refuse to do business with anyone who is so dishonest that they can't tell me what their charges are up front. read more
