Dr Anderson and Miss Jessica are the best. A few months ago, my legs would fall asleep as I sat in a chair. I couldn't sleep well and my wife hated how much I snored. But very quickly after starting my adjustments, I started feeling better. After a career in the Marine Corps infantry, I've done some extensive damage to my neck, shoulders and spine. About twice a year my back would go out and the pain was excruciating. After consulting with my orthopedic who was adamantly against me seeking chiropractic care, I was referred to Dr Anderson through a friend. Dr. Anderson has been great chiropractor to go to. I am a patient who never did chiropractic care before, so the experience was new to me. With the first visit, I met with Dr. Anderson who evaluated me as well as took X-ray which we reviewed in a follow up appointment. Based on his findings, I went with a 12 week plan that included weekly visits for adjustments, physical therapy exercises and home exercises. Coming in for appointments are pretty good; adjustments are always nice and the physical therapy exercises are good, which I do either after my adjustment or while I am waiting for it. Home exercises are usually emailed to us, which helps maintain our progress. The staff here, especially Nicole, is very nice. Also, Dr. Anderson has a very upbeat and positive personality so chiropractic care experience here is not only helpful but also friendly and happy. Overall, I am having a good experience so far and I would recommend this practice to others as well! One last note: they play classical/jazzy instrumental versions of popular songs. Prior to moving to Frisco, I was receiving weekly adjustments for 7 months, with little relief for my neck, lower back and knee pain. I am very happy to say that after 4 months of care from Dr. Anderson, my lower back pain has subsided, my neck and knee pain has become less intense and less frequent. Dr. Anderson's holistic approach and 360 treatment- in office and at home, have just reinforced my belief in treating the cause and not just the symptoms of health conditions. My treatment does not end when I leave his office; he provides customize exercise and stretching plans, via email that enhances and sustains my weekly alignments, strengthens and stretches my muscles, and aids in my daily wind down relaxation routine. After feeling my own improvement, I decided to bring my 8 year old son in for an assessment, as he had been complaining of intense stomach and leg pain. Where do I start?.. This is the best chiropractic I have ever been too. The staff has the most personality you can ask for, very friendly and helpful. The place I went to before never taught me what they were actually adjusting on my body. Here Dr. Anderson will explain fully what he is doing to your body and why. Very very knowledgable. You can type in the computer what is hurting you and he will adjust you from there.
