Was happy with doctor and initial evaluation,would have been a return customer if it were not for the office staff . I recieved evaluation and first adjustment was told I would be charged $35.00 and Medicare with my AARP supplemental policy would cover any additional costs to which I agreed. About a week later without any notice from them my credit card was charged $90.00 without any authorization. I called and spoke to the office and they told me insurance would not cover the additional fee. I asked to have the doctor call me and no one ever called me back. Its too bad because I liked the doctor and would have been a long time customer but I feel the office used deception on my initial consult. read more

Today was my third appt with Dr Harkins in two weeks. She is amazing! This is not a hard sell practice where you are pressured into long term treatment. She evaluated me the first appt and really listened to what I wanted to accomplish. Today after my visit I felt like I was good for now. She discussed this with me and she made it clear if I needed anything i only had to reach out and she would accommodate me. The practice is run so well. You get about 30 mins of stretches and tens unit time before manipulation. The staff is wonderful and Angela the office manager was so helpful in answering questions about insurance and appt times. Wow! This place blew me away. My former chiropractor retired and I have been trying to find his replacement for about 5 years. I'm a pretty big guy, 6'3 250lbs, and I always thought somebody bigger than me had to adjust me. But after coming here, let me say this, just because you're a big guy, that doesn't mean these lovely ladies can't pop your back, back in place. I've never felt more comfortable than in Dr. Brittany Moores hands. She's extremely smart, and knows exactly what's she's talking about. The icing on the cake with a cherry on top, was the deep tissue massage after, it's definitely something I can get used to. I've been to a lot of chiropractors in the past years. Some good, some bad, and some that should just not touch anyone ever again. Dr. Harkins isn't in any of those categories because she's the BEST! I'm 40years old and lift a lot, powerlifting to be specific. Anyone knows that when you're a little on the aged side things don't always hold up so well. Thankfully Dr.Harkins with her knowledge, personable nature and expertise has really helped me get through some physical hardships. I recently located to Texas and left my old chiropractor in California and used yelp to find one in Texas. Called on a Friday morning and was able to get me in same day within an hour. I have not been sleeping well and had some neck and back pain. They did some basic neck/back/leg stretching along with a tens unit with a heating pad and then an adjustment. Danielle is remarkable! I've never been to a Chiropractor before and was a bit afraid to be honest, but with the insistence of my family (mom, dad and sister who all have been to Danielle and rave about her) I decided to go after I injured my lower back. I cannot even put into words what a true professional she is and her skills are fantastic! After one session with her I immediately felt relief and she knew exactly where my issue was, what she needed to do for me and how to help me feel better.
