Not what I expected, but she started with "cupping" first. It was painless and actually I fell asleep during it. She explained thoroughly the results and followed it up with more cupping and acupuncture in the same session. She took her time to answer my questions and I was very happy with the results. On a side note...this helped me and has brought my sciatic issues almost to a complete solution. I'll definitely be back again and again.

I didn't have to watch a video (thank goodness!), so that wasn't an issue. Dr. Stacey takes really good notes and can remember what's going in my personal life, even asking me if I needed special accommodation (ie., special pillow) for my chest because I am nursing. If you check in on Yelp you get a free traction bed massage. I didn't dig it (it's too hard/rough for me), but I always get iced after an adjustment and feel great afterwards. I don't get to go as often as I like, but my back and pelvis are very grateful! I can resume some of my yoga positions that were off-limit before.

After they ran up an xray bill to hit my insurance, they made a half-hearted attempt at an adjustment that did very little other than some light stretching I could/should have just done at home. They quickly transitioned to an ineffective TENS unit that I mentioned simply does not and will not work for me, then sent me home in the exact same condition more or less(improved from the stretching and BS adjustment/inflamed and cramping from the TENS unit). Desperate and STILL in pain after they sent me home, I went to a competitor, who acted with a real sense of urgency to alleviate the pain and were happy to communicate with and treat me. Given the high ratings and how wicked, awesome Christy at the front desk was, I cannot help but feel extremely disappointed and would also still feel...well...much pain if there weren't many alternatives in this area. The other reviews simply baffle and upset me - why did they get such great service?
