I have filed a complaint with the Texas Department of Insurance (regarding the No Surprises Act) but also with the Texas Health Board for not offering any transparency around the services they rendered. I am also filing a complaint with the Texas AG under the Consumer Protection act. I'm also planning to hire counsel to litigate this if unresolved. Game on, USAP- I have you many chances and had several phone calls and offered to resolve this amicably. You refused to compromise, so it's up to me to pursue legal action.

Dr. Rai was very professional and honest about his inability to help me switch from my current pain management provider and have him continue my medication. He did make sure that my co-pay was refunded before I left the office. While, he could not help me, I do have respect for him since he was straightforward and honest. I do wish they would be more upfront about their practice's inability to prescribe controlled pain medication so that others know ahead of time.

I just had surgery over the weekend and I have lung cancer and I needed medicine changed because I was taken was making me sick and was the reason I had to have surgery so I drove to the office and tried to give the doctor the medicine I was told to give it to Kroger so Kroger would not take it back so they said I would have to drive back to the office after I tried to give it back to them that morning and wouldn't take it so now I am without medicine for the 5th day after major surgery and cancer because I did the right thing. Mary told me to shut up or she will hang up on me because she doesn't care that I tried to give the medicine to them this morning or I am without medicine... It's sad world when the people you trust with your life doesn't care!
