Since June I have been looking for a Massage place I can call home. I booked the night before for a full body massage. My appointment was at 10am and I arrived 15min before. Upon arrival the door was open and no one was at the front desk. I waited for a good 10min completed the intake form that was sitting on the counter and waited. Finally someone came to the front and questioned if I had an appointment. (I'm assuming because I booked the night before they didn't have a record of it? Idk). However, I showed the lady my booking confirmation on my phone and she proceeded to guide me to the room. The massage started off amazing, perfect pressure truly relaxing amazing massage. I was laying there thinking okay despite the arrival this will be my home. Then within the last 15-20 min of my massage some lady, assuming another therapist, barges in my room and starts talking in their native tongue to my therapist while she was massaging me. It wasn't a quiet quick question type of talk, it was loud abrasive and she talked to her the entire last 20 min of my massage. I truly could not believe what was going on. Then when my massage was over my therapist walked me to the front and told me because I'm paying with tap it was an additional $5. Okay whatever I didn't mind. The massage was $70 and the tap made it $75. Then she says "how much you adding for tip"? I looked at her and said "are you serious? When you and that other lady had a full on conversation the last 20 min of my massage? That was rude, inconsiderate, and definitely not professional. I'm paying $75." I really wanted to love this spot. It's not far from my house and the massage was great. But the customer service was horrible.

Every time I've had a facial it's been in the same room, but the head spa happened to be in a different one. Is wired in the rooms but I like chatting with the aesthetician, and even with the language barrier we end up having great conversations! They tell me what each step is during the service and why it's important, and even ask about stressors like work or lack of sleep during every appointment to adjust the treatment as needed. Recently after my facial I complained admit my scalp and they mentioned they offer a head spa service, which I booked for the next day. My hair and scalloped have never felt so clean! I've become a regular at this point and will definitely try more of their services in the future!

My most recent appointment was with Mary and I booked an hour and 15 minute Deep Tissue Message with her. She did a great job and really worked on my trouble areas- especially a knot in my shoulder. In addition to the great massage, the atmosphere itself just goes the extra mile. The room was really dark and relaxing. There was also a weighted blanket and heated pad which really took it to next level in terms of comfort. I cannot speak on my boyfriend's experience as much but I do know he said he would have preferred more of a gentle massage with longer strokes to ease out the knots and kinks in his back and shoulders. I am unclear if it is the massage we picked that was the problem, but regardless, we both left feeling unsatisfied, unfortunately. I have been hesitant to even leave this review but I feel it important to share at least.
